Having a pilot on your team like this is more beneficial then you'd imagine. He's essentially drawing aggro for half of the enemy team. He doesn't need to capture flags, and can help win the game just by avoiding death. I'd definitely watch this guys back if I were on his team. Every flag engagement would see a friendly numbers advantage.

No this guy is legit, one the best bf pilots in ages, probably one the best ever, also you wouldn’t realise how hard it is trying to shoot down a hell being controlled by a player like this unless you tried, lock on? Flare or move out of sight Another help challenges you? Unless it’s a little bird your going to win, if it is a little bird just try and shoot the pilot out of it Lis Rockets? Just constantly dive or swerve side to side

Didn't you see how much lock on warnings he got? An average player would've been shot down right there. A good player like him know how to use cover, when to pop flares, when to engage etc.

People are not mad about that. People are mad about being annoyed. When people get to it and start working together to counter him, he's easily defeated.What does he do then, when he can't go 150-0 anymore? Starts whining and conplaining to other youtubers. You grief people = good. They turn the tables = bad. Helis do not bring anything of value, they're just an annoyance. People prefer to go PTFO than countet helis. All it's gonna do is stop him for a couple od minutes, till he respawns, cause it's not like he's gonna actually play Battlefield. He's just gonna sit there and wait to respawn in heli, so it doesn't make much difference whether you shoot him down or not, that's why people don't bother and that's what people like him are exploiting to be annoying. Until they don't, and then it's a scandal all of a sudden. I used to fly helis a lot in BF3, but then I grew bored of it. Know why? Cause it is fucking boring, doing the same thing all over. Much more variety in infantry gameplay. Not much merit IMO at being annoying because he solely specializes in not something difficult, but something so boring, that few people are willing to do it. People who like flying combat helicopters go play War Thunder, or something, but not people like him, cause in War Thunder enemies shoot back, so he prefers to stay in Battlefield, where no one bothers. Until they don't.

Do trees and lamp posts not have collision in 2042? Seems like I've died so many times in other battlefield games because the tip of my rotors clipped the light bulb on a lamp post or something stupid.

On this map no, neither on other native BF2042 maps. There are some maps that were brought from other BF games to BF2042 and those have very solid collisions on all trees. Also on 19:10 he hides behind a building that used to have 0 collision textures for vehicles, but had those for all rockets/bullets, you could essentially fly there to get rid of AA rockets, or avoid enemy heli, not many people knew about it and they would just be confused or even assume you flew around the building.

I still think vehicles are overpowered in bf games, I know it take an tremandous amouth of work to get too that level but for infantry player like me having to face a single good pilot is just too much to handle, you have to fully commit to "netralise" that player, sacrifying your fun for it, and you aren't a real treat if you're alone. Still what a show. Anyway hope your situation will get better fast it inrage me to think people can be that toxic.

This is why I don't feel bad that he gets targeted by entire teams. He's ruining the fun for a bunch of players and then he's supposed to be a victim because he can't use an OP vehicle to stomp lobbies? Plus he's on Australian servers so they can't just leave and go pick a server he isn't on because there isn't a server browser. Him being a total douche doesn't help his case either. Neither does him using macros to rob his team of the opportunity for them to fly a heli.

Ashe is hands down the best pilot in BF. Cool dude I’ve played with as well. I see you still owning it😂

Takes me back to BF2 MC on 360 I was big in the clan scene. Some of those minibird pilots man they were something else.

I fly on default controls with space bar for pitch up and left cntrl for pitch down. We call it Ego-aim on stream :)

This is crazy to watch! Battlefield should consider heli blades hitting structures, it would make the gameplay a bit more balanced it seems. Never played the game though but def considering some piloting now. You have some serious Dino1 skills right there. I also don't understand how you have unlimited repairing...maybe a return to base for a repair should be designed to keep you out of the SKY! Well done!

Fantastic question. My nightbird also falls out of the sky and travels to where I aim. His signature move was to stay extremely high about spawn with all his chewing buddies in other vehicles and Lis then come down on whoever spawns and shoot them in the back usually getting a pilot pop out before they can start to fight back. Imagine

Nope BF never fixed it. They give pilots so much leverage so we are stuck with people thinking they are god's in the most unrealistic flying game known to man.

If you are a helicopter god, good for you. But you can’t expect people to just sit there and get killed by him all game. You shouldn’t complain either when people try to stop you

First let me say that this pilot is very good but.... what is the challange in this and it is exactly what ruins the BF franchise. Dice has catered in every way to these pilots to let them reek havoc on the maps. They had an all air map but that was to competitive for guys like this. What's the challenge???

Now play War Thunder where you can't just fly into every obstacle with no damage to avoid lock ons.

One it's easier on PC two this would not happen if bf didn't add unlimited ammo and you had to go to resupply stations

Choppers aren’t fun in games for me if they don’t feel like one. Being a good pilot actually should require a learning curve. This looks super arcade like. I may fly a dji but I stand by my opinion 😂

unlimited minute, they can hit trees, lampposts and buildings without crashing. Infantry can only shoot a rocket so many times and then they are already without ammo, in real life you destroy a Russian tank with 1 javelin, this chopper survives that haha actually it's ridiculous but well dice wants it that way and that's why they get so much hate. Not to mention the bugs and shit audio and so on.

Tanks, and jets sure, but helicopter pilots are basically playing a total different game then we are. The action is constant, and the demand on ones dexterity is high. He makes it look easy but one wrong move and your finished. You also gotta think about the bigger picture. It's not like infantry where if you make a mistake it's no big deal; you just respawn on a squad mate. No, if you go down in a chopper; it could open your team up to more enemy air support, and encirclement. Especially if your good pilot generating a lot of pressure to slow the enemy down. Good pilots allow ground forces to have a smoother experience.

If they were so mad why did they not kill him every time he went up? If 64 players have rockets he would not be able to leave the uncap.

Oh is that why BF reclassified it as attack heli, reduced amount to take to only 1 per team and nerfed the secondary small rockets to like 20% of original DPS? If I get a mechanic as well then I can achieve at least 80% of his kill rate, best I ever did was like 94-0 on renewal map on rus side, no mechanic, it was like in 2022, but it was a noob team very unbalanced. I've used to do nearly all ground kills with secondary rockets but I've also learned to aim with minigun from fights vs other helis. I was off BF2042 for a while because initial qty nerf, then difficulties to even start a match due to low player count, and when I came back after half a year, at first I've tried to use the rockets a I always did, but I couldnt make much kills because there was hardly enough to make even one kill in a fast fly-over. But then I've tried the minigun and its not so bad. I rejected the minigun for ground footsoldier kills in the past because I would stay still in air to aim and get often shot from a RPG or just sniped in face.

I play a lot of flying games because I love flying and since I'm colorblind I can't actually fly. This isn't that hard to do. Honestly those who are flying the jets just suck. Alot of times he is just rolling the helicopter. It's alot easier when using two joysticks. Move to a flight stick and the game gets a different meaning.

@@fred6907 the nightbird has 2 separate bullet streams. If he were using aim assist he would be shooting in between his targets, but no, he's hitting his targets because he's using a mouse with low sensitivity, and he's practiced a lot. He's also way more experienced then the average pilot, and also probably gifted with high spacial intelligence, along with high dexterity. So yeah, its possible for people to be better then you at stuff, just like I'd imagine you don't play for the NFL. It's ok for people to be more proficient at certain things then you are. Also m&k is wildly better than controller for any type of shooting.

Hate the pilots that just get so good they come in a lobby and just make the gameplay hell
