Before that though, the final talent on the left hand side was called "Broken Windows". This talent only gave a speed boost for vaulting windows, but the second last talent gave a speed boost for vaulting pallets (which you could level up up to 3 times which would give a faster speed boost). The second last talent was the one originally called "Knee Jerk Reflex". Before the adjustments, a very popular build that a lot of people used was 369, or Borrowed Time + Tide Turner + 1-3 stacks of Knee Jerk Reflex (depending on what other talents they brought). When the persona web was adjusted, the talents Broken Windows and Knee Jerk Reflex were merged into one (the current Knee Jerk Reflex) and became the final talent on the tree. This made it no longer possible to use the 369 build, as the build's function was to take advantage of the pallet vaulting boost without sacrificing any other end talents. There was also a time where Flywheel did not exist, and the top talent was never used. They added Flywheel a few months before the adjustments mentioned above.

Opera singer is weak to enchantress, thief, magician, mech, batter, forward, the non meta survivors, and no one seems to be able to understand that. Anything that can block her path or impede her from jumping from one shadow to another, stairs, out of all things, counter her, open spaces too Edit: I just think that they should switch her first presence ability. Having teleport on zero presence is OP, give her the cloth throw ability on zero presence and teleport to 2nd presence, with longer leaps being first presence, that'd just make more sense.

This lady has 2 weakness 1. Pallets are her real opponents, just spam pallets and its ok 2. She is highly ping dependent if the ping is red her speed becomes noodles

At 13:42 I’m pretty sure he down psycho with stress so that he can put her on chair. Now he can chase the acro and the other surv is forced to leave cipher and rescue which means that no one is decoding. By the time psycho gets rescued he wants to down acro and chair him and repeat this process of forcing rescue while chasing the other surv. But normally, yes, you want psychos stress gone before downing her.
