How do i know it's full without battery

how I put the battery in charger(without giving the current) then it glows GREEN. When i put the charger in wall(while giving current) then it glows RED. How to know if my battery is fully charged or not?

You'll know it's fully charged when the red turns green

I bought mine but it's not charging direct, l have done all these but it's not working, the battery dose not last for up to 30 minutes l don't know what is wrong

The battery doesn’t last up to 30 minutes because you are probably putting the light to the brightest
