Aaa, Im so happy to finally find someone who actually adresses the messed up stuff, not just gives them shocked faces n calls it a day! And The message on the end is exactly my perspective on the whole anime. There are so many kids in this that had way too much weight put on their shoulders from the very beginning and the fandom tends to just brush it off. Izuku, Todoroki, Katsuki, Touya/Dabi, Tenko/Shigaraki, Keigo/Haws and so so many more were Either basically groomed into being a hero or villain and others were either abused or taught that if u abuse others youre strong and the weak are just stepping stones for those with flashy /strong quirks or more explosive personalities, its awful Also tysm for making Endeavour mad. He may be a piece of crap but he IS a prohero. If he was in it just for the money, fame and competition he could just become a villain, but he chose to be a Hero coz there has to be at least a bit of good in him. I see him portrayed a lot as just scoffing and rolling his eyes at the cruelty Mido was subjected to and its so so wrong it actually irritates me sometimes ;

izuku and bakugo were anything but groomed, almight gave izuku the happiness he didn't have during high school, and even became a teacher at ua to be closer, both for work and personal reasons. and even though he lost his power he tried his best to be of use and portray his previous master, nana. The movie 'two heroes' is also a representation, almight didn't know of any villain attacking, he brought izuku by his side despite having the choice to bring anyone else, and fought alongside him, when he REALLY needed help. It's anything but grooming trust me. as for bakugo, he was the illustrator of his own story, neither of his parents had the occupation of a hero nor would they force him to.

The way they saw bakugo and their faces immediately turned to "let's turn villain" absolutely killed me 😂😂 but I am glad a reaction video focused on the messed up stuff instead of "oh wow so he cheated to get stronger" is a good thing. He went through hell to get better and still forces a smile on his face he deserves all the happiness 😭😭

Excuse you?! All Might doesn’t need put in his place. He said one wrong thing and gave a god like power to a middle schooler, not a big deal. All Might has since apologized for what he said when they first met and for the destiny Deku now has. All Might saved Deku from a quirkless life of miserable isolation and an early death due to s*icide.

Well, I feel like people forget this a lot but from what I remember in the mangas, (when izuku registered a quirk in his form) All Might mentioned that people getting their quirks later in life does happen, (also mentioning as time goes on, someone’s former assumption on how their quirk works can be changed and edited due to eventually learning that their original assumption was wrong along side with this fact.) But I honestly am absolutely in love with how their analyzing the situation and their reactions feel so much more realistic and 3 dimensional it’s crazy! Thank you so much for this gem of a video, it’s so hard to find good Gacha react videos that pay attention to the small details. And this just makes my brain mMmm with joy, again thank for this gem ❤ and apologies for my info-dumping

I’m going to add that I’ve watched all of the seasons of My Hero Academia and the ones coming out in season six atm. It sounds like I half assed MHA.. which of course would be proclaimed as a “crime.” What I meant is; I watched the seasons and then began reading the manga following season 5 up to present because I’m impatient and didn’t want to wait for season six to come out. Lmao

i just thought of this, but imagine having a power similar to a quirk being shoved into your body, you would just be in a body with a superpower your body isn't equipped to handle so your body is just slowly tearing itself apart from the inside out, if it's more of a mental quirk, your brain just deteriorates slowly ending in death that does not come quickly. but the whole time your body is just fighting it going down a different route, let's say that quirks are similar to blood types, like, a quirkless person is an AB variant, and then there are endless variants for everyone else because of their quirks, but let's just use the other three blood types, A, B, and O. as an AB variant, you could have any quirk forced on you with little resistance met from your body, either because it knew it had something missing and was waiting for it to show itself, or because both your parents had incompatible quirks, causing you to inherit neither (just roll with me here) leaving you with a body able to handle a quirk but not having one to control, giving you one would cause minimal damage and you might even live out an average lifespan. if you aren't doing anything bad with said quirk. for an A type, you can only handle quirks similar to yours, same with B. As an O type, you can only handle quirks that would basically count as an add on to your original quirk, if you got anything else, your body and mind would deteriorate and leave you with a shell of your former self. let's switch that around, with quirkless people being O types. you can't handle *any* quirk as an O type, causing you to live a shortened life because of your body not being able to handle it and it constantly fighting itself against what it believes is a foreign invader, choosing self-destruction over being overtaken. as an A type, you can take quirks similar to yours, and you can handle having your quirk taken away from you, with minimal health effects of it being given back. same for B, with AB you can take almost any type of quirk, or maybe there are different combinations of letters that make up "quirk-typing", let's say there's one like GH. if you have a GH type quirk, you can take quirks that are G, H, or GH typed, but if you got a quirk that was AB type, or any other type beside just purely O, your body would fight itself to get rid of this uninvited arrival. i honestly feel like i lost my mind halfway through this, so enjoy my trying to make sense of how making receiving quirks not originally your own would work I do think my theory of only being able to handle quirks similar to your own would be accurate though anyhoo, enjoy trying to make sense of this mess my brain barfed out

If anything, Izuku had worked and suffered harder than anyone because he didn’t have a quirk so he had to go through all of that trauma and then he had to work amazingly hard to actually obtain his quirk and be able to handle it. Meanwhile everyone else developed their quirks at a young age which means they had more time to figure it out. How is that cheating?🤔 (I dunno though)

Well, I do understand why All Might said no as he does have a good point as Heroes like himself faces everyday horrible life where you could die at any point, but that wouldn't be a good answer as he crushed Izuku's dreams for his safety.

I would love to see the pros react to how deku learned how to use the power and the other quirks.

Some people completely ignore what Bakugo has done in the past and how it had affected Izuku mentally. He still flinches at Bakugo. He still becomes timid around him. ''Character development'' they call it. Many people fetishize gay relationships; not every single male character is going to be homosexual. Even tthough Bakugo has said sorry (manga) and they have become somewhat friends, I genuinely don't get it. Now, I used to ship Bakugo and Deku together because it was normal and a trend to do so. But I soon recognized that it just wasn't right.

i feel like honestly reaction vids always have excuses for bakugou’s bullying rather than rational and realistic consequences or reactions to such. its always something like theyll sort it out themselves or theyre doing fine, but people arent looking at the realistic consequences it can have on the victim’s mind when it comes to reactions.

4:55 I don't think he would go as far as to say they're a liability tbh Lemme just word vomit here lmao-- I just don't think that he, as someone with a quirk who struggled alot with tryna find a way to fight around ppl with quirks he couldn't erase (ie, mutations), or just struggling to fight when he knew he couldn't fight like the other heroes can (he just doesn't have the raw power rip), he wouldn't have that solid of an opinion on quirklessness. Even when u put the perspective of how everybody in their society is practically raised on the notion that quirks are everything, I dont think he'd have such a dead set opinion that categorizes All of them as a liability by default. Maybe he'd underestimate them, pity them, maybe even empathize. Then again that might just be me overanalyzing, considering the only teacher we've actually gotten a solid opinion on quirklessness from is almight-- (when he said that deku couldn't be a hero like him without a quirk. Which while harsh and definitely not delivered in a good way, is painfully true considering the type of shit almight, and other heroes, has fought in a world where the majority of ppl that go against them have volatile superpowers lmao. He's right, some shit u just can't fight without raw power. Honestly even with like combat experience/training in don't think deku would have a very decent odds against someone like overhaul or muscular, depending on the circumstances, but that's just imo) Thanks for coming to my Ted talk, might delete this later when I spontaneously remember and get embarrassed abt rambling on fictional characters for no reason😍 (Btw I'm not attacking or correcting the creator or anything I'm just rambling this is such a good video-- I still love this portrayal of aizawa since it's a different take lol.
