PES 3 is the best football game of all time. More than 20 years after its release no game has even got close to its quality. Football games have only evolved graphically but not in terms of gameplay. I´m right now returning to the old ISS/PES games and enjoying each one. I have started with ISS PRO 98 and I will squeeze it as if I were 26 years younger and then I´ll play each of the sequels till I reach PES 3 and then I´ll stop and stay there forever. PES 5 was close but the way fouls were dealt with broke the game. And although most people like PES 6 and consider it to be the best, for me it is too much arcade and not simulation like PES 3, a real piece of art. By the way, which settings did you use?

You can try increasing players' Body Balance in PES 5. The experience definitely improves. However, I agree with you. Even at the difficulty level, PES 3 seems much better than 6.
