Every time I hear this I can’t help but think this is Pro Era’s goodbye song. Not in the sense that they left the music scene, but that they “grew up”. All of their early music got me through high school and I still bumped it throughout college but as I’ve gotten older it takes on a whole new meaning. Bumping this at midnight, few months out of college and uncertainty all around the globe. It makes me happy because it reminds me of when I was taking so many risks and experiencing so many new things before becoming my own. Thank you so much Pro Era for being the soundtrack of some great memories.
