That's twice he's turned him over in a 6 red shoot out recently,or am i thinking he did it to someone else..

17 minuts and 40 seconds for a frame because one players ego would not allow him to play for a rerack. somewhere along the line the referee's must be given the option to decide the outcome of such a frame at some point

Ultimate rules with shot clock is all about potting and clearing tables for TV. They play Blackball rules which are similar or International rules which lead to slightly more tactical play but playing defensive doesn't work anymore against today's quality. No matter what rules you play.

Magic racks all the way. Way fairer

Great game but Jordan got away with one there. He repeatedly made no effort to play the boxed in black, and yet the ref failed to call out deliberate foul play. Even in any amateur league that would have been loss of frame.

Top class players having to run around the table like idiots.

Compared to snooker tables, yes. American pool tables are far easier. The pockets are like buckets and rail shots are almost unmissable. The balls are far bigger so more margin for error and the white is the same size as object ball which makes it even easier than using a smaller white. Chinese pool tables which are a mix of these and snooker tables are more difficult but any British player at this level has practised 100's of hours of snooker too. Manoeuvring around 15 balls on such a small table takes far more white ball control on these super fast cloths than any other pool table.
