I somehow feel that Chandra Babu and Nitish Kumar are going to keep quiet about what the PM says or does. As long as their demands for their respective states are met. And by the looks of it they are pretty "expensive" demands, which will in turn demand their silence.

What justice? A person got scot free killing innocent in Pune by crashing his car. Similar thing happened in Mumbai No justice for a common man today. If you have money you will get justice

Indeed, acrimonious proceedings is indispensable. All Undemocratic, Unconstitutional decisions taken by the BJP needs a serious review. Now, the allies, TDP, RJD & Sena groups' MPs have also greater responsibility other than their State interests. Opposition cannot simply sit & watch. Unless there's a serious debate and discussion, NDA will again continue to supress all Democratic norms. That must not be allowed.
