Do you have this video with accurate captioning? I would love to show this video in my diversity class; however, I have a student who is deaf and needs captioning and the captioning on this video (in English at least) is not anywhere close to accurate.

Thank you for the information. One thing, though: At one point you say "privilege cannot exist without oppression", but later you say that there are earned and unearned privileges. Does an earned privilege imply a corresponding oppression?

This may be a novel idea but how about we throw all this GARBAGE out the window and treat people as individuals, treat ALL people with respect and take each INDIVIDUAL on his or her merits. That way it makes not one iota of difference where that person comes from, their gender, culture, etc,etc,etc.
