@@bhupeshcholake1708 employment....this current gov has failed to generate any employment so far be it in pvt or public sector...and literally ur comment has 0 logic in it..for wining election govt need to appease masses and in banking sector gov CLD only generated 9k-10k employment each year..so what does govt do appease masses brings shity schemes with 0 power to reject the loan ,subsidise the loans ,with late payment to banks...when loan becomes NPA..bank has literally so much litigation and obstacles ...that it settles the loan with 70-80% haircut in form of ots or write off..so dis causes the NPA not it employees ..

Mere hisab se nhi karna chahiye ... Sabse bda karan SBI ke staff behaviour... Abhi to batamiji se baat karte hai or dheele hai apne kaam me... Single sarkari bank hone ke baad ye log to apne aap ko bhagwan samjhane lagenge .. Or govt bank job like bank PO , accountant etc ki job lena UPSC ko crack karne k barabar ho jayega..result thoda hi shi berojgari or badh jayegi... And govt job preparation institutes k bhav bhi badh jayenge ..result ye ho sakta h ki jaise sena me job ki kami ke wajah se dange huye the to yha bhi chances h ki dange honge and again desh ka nuksaan

Bhai mai sbi bank me 11 baje gaya kaam karane. Bolta hai 10:30 baje ana abhi time nahi hua hai. 12 baje se lunch pe chale jate hai. 1 form bharwane me itna chakkar katwate hai. Ab bank jata hi nahi. Online hi karta hun sab.

Kotak hai mere pass zero balance open hota Axis me bhi 0 balance hota hai. Acha hai privatization karna chahiye bank employees misbehave karte vo mc student hokar vaha tak jaate corruption karte aur public ko gaali dete hai meko bhi diya tha PNB ka employees ne acha hai karna chahiye.

Bilkul karna chahiye. Sab student hi jakar vaha bank employees bante hai aur baad me corruption krte hai aalsi hote hai. Mai SBI aur PNB me ja chuka apna account open karwane vo SBI ne meko 4 din daudaya tha aur PNB ne 7 din daudaya tha. Private bank me jao toh vo sirf 1 ghante open krr dete maximum vo bhi. Abhi toh thoda thik hua RBI aur government strict huyi hai fir bhi vo log dadagiri krte hai 2015 se pehle government bank ki service itni kharab thi ki paisa deposit aur withdraw krne jao toh usme bhi 3 din lag jate thay upar se inke ATM me paise nhi hote HDFC ke atm se nikalna padta hai.

Government runs efficiently if they have many government bodies without government bodies, government will be of name in India This is privatisation
Govt also shoul be privatized and Adani as PM, the way he has gone up on top in last 7 years is miraculous and i am sure he will also take the country on top.
As per finance Ministry government Bank ne 2022 me double profit kamaya heto, hann yahi best time abhi vo sab mast perform kar rahi hai to bech Dena chahiye, aur jab in case future me hame actuall financial crises se gujarana pade to kuch bachna nahi chahiye government ke pass taki tasslli to ho ki kuch nahi hai isliye Varna bech de.

@@nomadicbharat8642 mera account hdfc me 2011 se h or wo mere ghar se 2000km se jyada h still main acche se use kar pa rha hu kabhi bank hi nhi jana padta.agar aapka net banking ka id password gum jaye to bhi dikat nhi but sbi me mera account h kuch bhi karne ke liye bank jana padta h .mera net banking ka password gum ho gya aaj tak recover nhi kar paya koi help hi nhi karta.

bro sbi ke employees bhot kam krte hai mera friend recently join hua hai vo subhe 10 ko jata hai aur raat ko 8 ko ghr ata hai aur kabhi kabhi holiday ke time bhi kam pe jata hai as a po join hua hai vo, prob man force me hai jite log private bank me hote hai use half hai sbi me aur kam jada hai so they are always frustrated and iske piche reason bhi government hai vese q ki jha private po ki salary 25 to 30k hai vhi sbi wale ki 70k hai so kam bhi double hai😂😂 but fir work life balance hell hai

SBI k peeche kyun lageh hai , I am satisfied with my sbi branch , ek admi ko sirf job nhi family society choti choti bht sare cheeze hai balance karke rakhna padta hai. Life isn't so easy . Humlog toh sirf bank jate hai debit or credit sometimes kyc k liye but they face same things one by one bulk wise sometimes technical issues which can't be made understand to customers which is really frustrating from both side employees and customers . Almost all banking facilities are in the hand through net banking .

SBI ka Management private company ko dena chahiye aur govt. 40-50% stake apne paas rakhe warna private companies apni manmani chlayengi...I think this would the best decision

No govt bank should be privatised. Private bank do not give any importance to our deposite. They impose many fees on each facility rendered by them. They never follow the guidelines issued by the RBI. They never reduce the rate of interest on loan when RBI reduce the repo rate. They increase the rate of interest on loan when RBI increase it.
Sab private kar do , Government ko bi,, sab Adani,Ambani ko de do ,, is se desh bohot agey jayega 🔥 gareeb hi nahi rahega desh mai

Government has set up to lookout people welfare not to run company so all Govt company should be privatize but rules and regulations should be setup by only government bodies.

I have only bad experiences with govt banks. All banks should be privatized.
What u r saying about in favour of privatization is totally correct. Even we should have a private prime minister and private president under private govt of India. It is must required. By the way that BAD govt agency/company ISRO have successfully done chandrayan and Mars mission. That should also need to make private. Yes we totally agree with you for privatization.

Govt will create 4_5 large banks on line of "DSII" banks too big to fail along will asset reconstruction companies for NPA , simmilar thing will be seen in insurance sector.

Private me service achhi milti hai customer ko. Sbi me jao to koi dhang se baat tak nahi sunta ek kaam ke liye baar baar chakkar aur khane gae to ghanto gaeb aur kaam ke time phone pe phone etc.....

Many issues with privatization too.
Asli reason to Private banks ka customer response fast hona hai jisse Government bank ka slowness highlight hota hai. SBI should be renamed as Slowest Bank of India. Zootopia Bank scene is based on real life SBI Bank experience.

@@ytbois9337 look its not about demonizing someone it is just that any business institution would ultimately look for their profit and there is nothing bad on that so they wont be there bothering about the the common needs there. ( For example : BSNL "yes it was destroyed by some elite minister" but you see today still it delivers connectivity yo remote areas like andaman Nicobar, some north eastern pasrts. LIC, ONGC, NABARD, CIL and various other govt own institutions are still doing great where as even though SBI gets the worst customer feedback it has maximum number of customer in there bank ( it is that the govt or the concerned authority should just discipline the employees working in it. Concluding: India is unique in having its mixed economy (where private players like TATA, Reliance, Infosys etc also play a big and imp role in the country alongside any govt institutions)😀😀

Govt should have stakes but decision making body must be efficient private which will ensure financial inclusion in grassroot remote locations as well as easy and quick decision making

Mera SBI, HDFC, and federal Bank me account hai SBI ne rupay debit dia baki dono me visa, to obviously hame privatise kar dena chahiye atleast rupay card jaisi Indian scheme jis se ham global level pe compit kar pai vo to na felle, na hi government dwara jo lower class ko banking facility milti hai vo mile...
Sirf SBI hi bachega tab to SBI ka haal aur bhi bura ho jayega.. ek to Govt bank upar se ussme monopoly. Monopoly isliye kyunki aaj bhi kuch Govt depts ke requirements hoti hai jisme Nationalised Bank se solvency yaa fir bank guarantee yaa kuch bhi aur requirement aa jaati hai jisse PSU me ek account hona zaruri ho jaata hai aur aise me 3-4 PSU ka option hona hi chahiye.
It is a bad move because then there will be only one govt bank SBI which will be in monopoly and one more thing most of the amount of adani has taken from bank then if they will be privatize the risk of return of loan will be more
Privatization is important and would be crucial for economy and employment.

Private banks garib logo ko services nahi dete Unka sirf ek motive hota he Only profit Or govt banks logo ke welfare ke liye work krte he Garibo ka account Pension account And govts scheme loans sab govt banks dete he private bank nahi Villages me 99% apko govt bank hi milege Private bank waha nhi jayga kyoki vha profit nahi he

Nehi karna chahiye sub banks ko privatize. It will lead to extreme saturation in the leftover 3-4 government banks at the end. Which will increase the workload on the employees of the government banks.

Sir i would say that government should not privatise government banks because poor people can't afford private banks. As we all know that only some private banks gives Subsidies and insurance cover also we can't tell that all our money is safe in private bank because history of indian private banks is not too good because there had been many scams and all that' And third is people doesn't get insurance cover in private bank but government bank gives the cover not immediately but ya they gave us our insurance cover. So that's why i could say that there is a need more government banks rather than privatising them.
Private karke ke baad sab rules apne se banenge aur customer ki band bajaenge har tarah ka charge laga kar...

Its real if you visit any private or govt bank you will see the far differences, private bank staff know how to help their customers.in govt bank staff knows how to avoided all work.
Govt banks should be there but Govt. Should not take advantage and keep on taking loans from them and they do not return the amount on time hence affecting their performance.
Nahi karna chahiye.

If govt remove financial inclusion scheme then may be govt bank perform better and gives much more output as profit.
Agar govt banks political pressure m aake bad loans dena chod de to aise hi profitable ho jaega...
To be honest govt should Focus on privatisation. And people should understand the benefits.
I am hundred percent agree with the govt. in this case. We don't need multiple names but their penetration in the rarest of the rare areas and a well modernized way to operate. In urban areas there are multiple branches. But in rural areas hardly any branch available. Surely not all but Most of the PSBs are very bad in customer services. It needed to be improve. Most of the ATMs of Central Bank, UCO Bank etc. are always facing problems of one type or other. My recommendation would be 3-4 PSBs including SBI. So that there must not be any monopoly kinds of thing. My another recommendation is promotion online services and self help services. Like account opening, cash withdrawal and deposit , FD, RD creation. Etc. My 3rd recommendation is if new banks starts make it 100% private and digital. Like payments bank.
Government banks private nhi karna chahiye balki unme improvement lane chahiye. Bank private ho jane se social interest khtm ho jayega.
