A privately-owned Porsche 911 RSR racing on the Red Bull Ring in Austria during the Challenge & GT Days. I believe this is the original racecar from LeMans 24h 2017 driven by Bernhard/Dumas/Müller!

amazing sound. really missed this at this years LM24 HR.
So sad no more RSR's -first time in almost 30 years that there will be no new RSR😕

reminds me of wec @spa in 2018/2019. The new RSR has mufflers😤

It might have mufflers, but at least it is powered by petrol

Porsche removed them in 2021 for the 2019 rsr sounds just as mad and loud now in its final year.

@@NINJAADEGU No it doesn't. Saw this one in the video at Festival of Speed this year as well as the car that won GTE Pro this year. The 2017 car is ALOT louder than the 19.

Wow! For what event was this? Masters Historic festival? I would kill to see (and hear) this car in real life!

The event is called 'Challenge & GT Days' and is mainly for Ferraris - So I was pretty suprised to see this car there!

@@912fgt Awesome! So this car wasn't announced to be there? I have no idea why, a few more people probably would have made their way to the circuit if that was known!

Do they have vin numbers? Are you able to street legalize them with a few mods?

They are made for the racetrack, not for the streets

@@onetwo4932 no? Bc it doesn't belongs to the streets, if you want to See one go to the WEC races or LMS Races or to the museum in Leipzig tf

@@onetwo4932 Making one of these street legal would be a sin. These cars belong on the circuit in full GTE trim.
We haven’t reached the pinnacle of ICE power plants but we sure are heading in the right direction. Porsche , there is no substitute.
