Thats pretty reasonable for the military especially the navy where you dont have a constant flow of supplies every day. Logistics dont transport themselves and feeding all the troops is good because it helps their effectiveness but the moment you waste food youve wasted the effort of many people. In wartime especially something like ww2 people could literally have died to get that food to you as ships trucks planes etc carrying supplies for troops are valid military targets and routinely attacked because you cant fight without the supplies to do so. The only time it might be acceptable is if youre attacked while eating and you all literally have to drop your food and defend yourselves. Even being able to take all you want is very generous. Not having a limit on food so long as you can eat all of what you take is a sign of well functioning supply.

A bull with a weird misguided obsession with Snafu ditches is wife on his honeymoon, and sacrifices himself to be food to be eaten by Snafu himself. His processed body, travels half way around the world, while his ghost fantasizes about Snafu eating him. When the food arrives Snafu does indeed eat most of him, but throws the rest of him away. The Bull's ghost angered and betrayed by this disgrace to his Snafu fetish kicks Snafu's ass and is left doomed to wander the earth for all eternity.

@@JohnEDoey It was basically a bunch of cartoons that were both entertaining as well as contained info about what NOT to do. Remember that there were soldiers as young as 18 and training for volunteers could start as young as 17 with parental consent (not to mention the ones who were younger and used fake ID or lied about their age). Think of all the weird humour memes etc that that age bracket has today well this was the equivalent of meme humour back in the day and the army tried to use it to get messages about what not to do through. Also these were made by warner bros studios. Basically they told the army they could make cartoons for them and thus be reclassified as an essential business. Yeah the whole "essential workers" thing is not unique to covid except not being an essential worker back then meant you got drafted and sent to the military rather than stay home.

It was not only the bull but also the people who risked life and limb to make sure he got chow. A starving soldier can't fight. Supply lines are long and people at home went without (think about ration cards-and that rat who admired the butcher who ignored rationing, Ron Paul) A war effort takes national effort and sacrifice to feed, clothe and supply the soldier on the front lines. Seems like y'all forgot the lessons your grandparents learned. And they survived a Great Depression along with that.

@@dangelo1369 Another way to hammer home to a soldier the idea of not wasting food or any supplies really is point out that people have probably died to bring it to you. Supply lines get bombed all the time and the enemy doesnt only attack rear guard troops. In ww2 most ships that were sunk were unarmed or lightly armed supply ships not warships because if you deny the enemy chance to resupply you reduce their fighting ability and if denying supplies means bombing truck drivers and sinking supply ships well its war nobody plays fair in war.

Here we have a young recruit in the patriotic zeal signing up for an army and what happens to him? He got "processed", travelled in terrible conditions, and in the end his sacrifice meant nothing. Replaced NAFTA with a more viable agreement between us, Mexico and Canada. If there is any waste going on right now, it all happened on Jan. 21st with a few strokes of a pen the biggest of which was the elimination of 50,000 jobs. And if anyone thinks this cartoon is propaganda, it is certainly being outdone by the massive propaganda going on right now as we speak.

Gump got in the way more than did anything. The economy was going up BEFORE HE GOT ELECTED. 4.7 % unemployment it went as low as 3.5 under him then due to his lack of leadership went over 10% during the pandemic. It was easy for the farm animals to have bread when the hen did all the work. Gump is one of those people who likes to boast and take credit for someone else's work then when things go south he says its someone else's fault. He was nothing more than a braggart/grifter/ conman/ opportunist/ professional lier. Saw a video on the news from night vision showing yet again illegals getting over his BIG BEAUTIFUL UNSCALEABLE WALL. This wasn't the first incident. His wall was a SHAM/ SCAM. China anint paid crap consumers did. His border agreement with Canada and Mexico was not much different than what it replaced. Where's all the jobs he promised his tax cuts would bring back from overseas? Oh wait those companies bought back stock and put the rest in the bank. A few thousand came back at best. And don't forget Wisconsin and the Carrier plant in Indiana. He said he negotiated a deal to keep it open. It stayed open long enough to train Mexicans then closed sending those jobs south. Wisconsin he announced about 13,000 high paying jobs were coming. Their still waiting only a few jobs came doing security. Gump was just a fraud that boasted about himself constantly but in truth was the main character in the emperor's New clothes.

As far as oil independence it occurred before he took office and keystone pipeline is owned by a Canadian company and carried Canadian drilled oil to refineries that exported most of the products only a small part of it went to American consumers. And even when it was fully complete would have only had a few hundred permanent jobs. As far as oil prices keystone isn't the cause because most countries prices have spiked the pandemic and restrictions on going places lowered the price due to less being used. The lack of people getting around even effected the environment to the point places around the world in just a few months saw a reduction in pollution. The water in Venice go cleaner then in years. In India and China the air got cleaner. Now with the vaccinations and people starting to get around including taking trips the low fuel inventory and increased demand has caused the price until they both meet up with each other. So Biden stopping the pipeline had very little effect on gas prices that was another sham that's been put on the public.
