Historical fact= that Trans-Iranian railway, guess what happened to many of the train cars that went into Russia. Hint= it ain't just the Crimea the Russians take!

I don’t understand how salt tablets would rehydrate you, doesn’t salt cause dehydration

you take them with water for oral rehydration. when you sweat you lose salt. It's like gatorade.

Salt contains electrolytes, allowing soldiers to gain back the energy they're losing from all the salt they're sweating out.
