For studios at selly oak court, the cost is cheaper if you are on the ground floor. I asked about this and was told that international students don't like to be on the ground floor because of bugs and insects on the ground floor (not that there are any, just that is what it is like in other countries)

I’d like to go in 2023, I’m also looking at studios to share with my boyfriend however he will not be a student, he already lives in Brum. Do you know if both people living there have to be students? Thanks :)

Ummm as a first year looking for second year houses in Selly oak. Which ones are the closest to campus? And which one are you guys currently living in?

I'm Martins from Nigeria. So I and my brother would be coming to Birmingham in 2023 as freshers but he would be going to UoB while I'll be going to Aston University because our courses differ. Please accommodation would be the best for the both of us. Thanks 😊.

You didn't mention if any of these accomodations allow married couples to move in. Cause i hesr some of them have restrictions.
