Amazing build. I always have a hard time with the caliban syntcp punching build in harder activities, especially with a lot of explosive enemies, so I always run golden gun nighthawk. I don’t have the luck with inmost light with verity, but I found foetracer and verity pairs very well too.

Amazing build i will try it with my inmost light syntocep cape, i hope it works well with graple nade

Just played some onslaught with a version of this build. Ran mine with inmost light/cyrtarachne. Was honestly super fun and infinitely better that the same old boring combination blow garbage. Constant grenades, constantly tanky, constantly had prismatic up. Pretty nuts

Can also go Foetracer/Verity with Sunshot since you’re running a solar nade and GPG triggers Foetracer.

I run a very similar build and I personally disagree on the choice to go with withering blade over threaded spike. The melee recharge on hitting multiple targets with TS. easily makes up for the single charge. Especially on harder content where you can basically spam it to take out large groups

Couldn’t agree more .

I have inmost light / verity... its pretty nuts. for tougher activities, I have inmost/cyrtarachne and i have literally 100% woven mail uptime.

it might be worth running winters shroud with the shuriken because any time you slow an enemy you get 300% more class ability regen so more melees-> more grenades-> more GPG (I should specify I moved the mods around to impact induction and bolstering detonation)

This is tho only great combination I got out of farming 40 exotic class items . Heart imost + Verity. Is actually insane the regeneration and power of your grenades makes a fun and lethal damage loop. Very OP . LOL

I have those very same god rolls and have been having fun maling prismatic builds where i spam my abilities... and not punch everything. Howvert i have a cyrtarachne caliban roll where i punch everything with

I’m currently running gunpowder gambles and threaded spectre with a grapple and combination blow running exotic class item with liars and cami and hand mean I Need 2 max melee kills to get the grenade

I've got a HOIL + Verity build and it's been stupid amounts of fun. Also using the fragment for unravel rounds and volatile rounds on a melee or grenade kill with the grapple grenade as the grapple melee counts as x2 for HOIL and I believe counts as a melee and grenade kill with the fragment. The key weapon for this: Permeability + Golden Tricorn Ros Arago. Really it can be any void weapon but Permeability lets me double dip into both Unravel and Volatile on the same weapon as well as giving me high anti-barrier uptime regardless of if I'm getting grenade or melee kills. It's been so much fun and I feel a lot more should look at Permeability (and osmosis) interactions with Prismatic.

ya i guess that works...kinda forces you to use the strand super...or tether with a strand weapon with permeability...if only unravelling and volatile worked as a weaken debuff or a dmg buff to stack with radiant...then we'd be talkin extremely useful double dips!

a classic weapon that can pair with gunpowders is Ticcu's divination as the hip fire tracking shot locks onto the gunpowder for some silly plays.

Reminder that you don’t need a solar weapon to boost gunpowder, just match it to your base grenade. Also gunpowder does proc grenade based fragments like facet of bravery but not armor mods

Is it me or does gpg NOT give light prismatic energy? Like I’ll throw it at a group of 5 enemies and barely see a tick in my bar?

i always loved the seriously powerful shatter dmg that verity's brings and can highly reccomend useing that nade, you dont even need to use the newly buffed silence and squall

Verity is majority or the damage gained, its 100% increase at 5 stacks. And the super only matters for what u want facet if purpose to do, solar super makes orbit pick ups give resto which is my personal preference

I think foetracer would be another good combo with verity. Tougher enemies that don’t die from the grenade would then grant 25% damage to your solar weapons.

Foetracer is ol’ reliable

I slept on it until it got buffed not that long ago

My issue with Hunter is healing. maybe I'm just a salty warlock main, but i dont have enough ways to heal, so i die way more often. The counter blow build gives me health, but its also just not fun to play.

Can you not use exotic class items most players dont have them those only builds iam looking for

Eh, I think cyrtarachne’s is way better that verity as verity gets rid of a lot of that survivability you may have running something else.

mending doesn’t work with gpg as of right now, don’t know what the eta for the fix tho

Combination blow punchy build is only goated for low level content... try running glassway GM this week with caliban/liars. Combination blow build , you will get destroyed 2.5 seconds

Celestial Nighthawk is always a good choice since you’re running Golden Gun

Haha my first cloak was Calibans and Verity. It is...bonkers. its almost boring its so strong.

The thing about gpg as much as I love it it’s pretty meh in gms and end game. 1 cus gpg doesn’t kill and cus it’s hard to chain debuffed enemies. Solid for legend difficulty tho

@@IanEvolution I mean sure it’ll kill red bars but for example most footage you were playing in was at level content. I think I’ll stick to the nighthawk doing 600k+ damage. Good try tho. Build is trash and won’t do good in gms not my fault. Trust me I want gpg to be good too but it just isn’t.

Your dismissal of threaded spike in favor of withering blade is very, very misguided. Wow. Sever > slow any day of the week for the damage output decrease, and if the point of this build is to take out groups of enemies quickly you will be getting your threaded spike back immediately if it hits five enemies before returning. Also, withering blades low damage output relative to threaded spike means you will only rarely be able to proc facet of blessing in higher-level content. Just bad stuff.
