Every now and then comes a point when your fav band just isn't enough. You've listened to it all thousand times. At that point you start looking for something that sounds like it but isn't. And that's when I love this band. It sounds close to Tool but isn't Tool. It's great prog metal in itself but sounds close enough to help a Tool-starved fan. :-)

Maybe this song has hints of TOOL, I LOVE TOOL, but there is no band that compares to it... PRISMA is a great band, in order to have an opinion about it, you should probably listen to the whole album. "Glide in" was the reason I bought the album and I enjoy it very much.. Michaels vocals on that song are amazing!

ich würde diese band sau gerne mal live sehen. wie oft die mir schon eine bestimmte art von lächeln aufs gesicht gezaubert haben. das progressive lächeln hehe. nein ohne spaß das macht auf seine ganz eigene art und weise einfach gute laune. es ist musikalisch sehr gut und überhaupt geil. so :D

@himynameisbede i gotta disagree with u man, ive been wondering if there were any other bands out there like tool cause i fuckin love them and need more.. these guys may sound a little too much like tool but i heard a couple other songs and liked what i heard i know if i was in a band id be moving in that direction too. cant hate on someone for loving tool too much

i dont really know this band to well, but if your into progressive metal or rock your going to have to sound a little like tool cause they are the best at what they do, so all other band are kinda like tribute bands

I strongly disagree. I know many Prog acts out there that don't blatantly rip Tool off. Oceansize is one, Suns of the Tundra, Dredg, Mogwai and This Will Destroy you are others and they don't immitate Tool. It's one thing to be influenced by an act but it's something else to rip them off, like Prisma are doing.

...yeah. Synafy is right. The singer even copies the way MJK moves on stage. They sound like a shitty tool. All of the members in this band appear to be copying their tool counter parts. Listen to the distortion of the guitar throughout the song, and the guitar solo. Listen to the way the singer tries to sing. This is not a good band

You guys are all making me face palm. Yes this sounds like tool, wayyyy too much like tool. Fucking rip offs. I would be able to dismiss that if they ACTUALLY made music that isnt boring as shit. I liked this band when i first heard them too, but after awhile u start realizing how un original these guys are.

You guys are blatantly ripping off Tool. From the screen in the back ground to the drummer using Danny Carey's strokes to the slumping lead singer. I think this is a great song but would've been much better if you weren't trying so hard to look like Tool. If you were a Tool tribute then it would be different.
