Yes, you can animate in prisma3d and its very easy. Press the text in the middle top to switch between modeling and animating

Okay to import a picture, add a plane, select the the plane, two option of would pop up, I.e colour and textures would be given, select textures, select the jpg or jpeg or PNG and voilà it would be imported.
