Research ships is start as clean shipgirl unlike others which is not clean from war and tragedy (except small or little version) so research ships have their own cube. Research ships also have resistance from corruption and META because of their modification.

The first PR season that didn't have Iron Blood in it, still gonna grind anyway Time to burn those oils 200k+ reserve 😂😂

Give us seasons of 6 ships again, that "empty" space in the priority UI looks awful.

Dude we hadn't had 6 ships in a PR season for the past 5 years. Manjuu probably realized it's too much grind and reduced it to 5. Just accept that's the current format and it's highly unlikely to change.

Within a year or a year and a half you should be caught up to the PR seasons, especially with the research queue and blueprint catch-up plan + coin upgrade option...Do the BPS + 15 ticks a day for a ship and you will have a DEV 30 ships within a month just from coins alone...All the way up to PR 4 and you have catch up available for PR5 with blueprints. Just keep at it , it isn't that bad once you get going.

Eh...Plymouth is still a go to vanguard in all major DPS fights including meta and content clearing both as a solo vanguard and BB buffer. She is holding strong so it isn't so bad we didn't get any I'd say.

Yamato won't be released as PR that's for sure. She'll be released as a UR gacha ship and on the JP anniversary event just like Shinano and Musashi.
