Thanks for your vid...it was helpful... I don't want to take too much of your time, as I know you're very busy, but can you help me with these 5 questions? (And maybe they might help other people too...) 1- Can I do all this on my Android phone? My emachine computer is about 20 yo! I Don't think it will be very compatible if compatible at all. Paying back credit card debt as fast as possible. $$$ tight. I might try the library on a quiet day when maybe they'll let me stay on it for a while... Or catch a good sale on an Acer Computer. 2- I have four of my own designs. Can I upload them from my phone or cloud? They're on my computer too but I don't know if they'll upload properly being how old it is. I will try if I have to. 3- Also do you have a vid on how to upload designs? 4- My designs are saved as PDF. I don't know if they're at 150 or 300 DPI but I printed them out and the print quality is very sharp. The designs are about 8" × 10". They should be ok? 5- When I've set my designs on the t-shirts, I just click on the store where I want to sell them, i.e. Etsy, ebay, etc.? Thank you...

Excellent and yes very helpful. Helpful because too, your experience with Printful sounds like it’s great re production times shipping etc. Iv seen a few, very few that don’t speak very highly of Printful. Are they in the same quality league as a Printify? Have you been equally satisfied with all aspects of their 8:01 service? I’m ready to start and have seen pros and cons of each and I’m ready to just flip a coin😊 regarding who I launch with. Thanks again for your info. Just found you and am searching more of your videos. Thank you for the feedback! I haven't used Printify very much so I can't comment other than to say that Printful carries a wide range of products, so the shirts for example can be thin/inexpensive up to wonderful/expensive. Quality does matter to some customers so I would say pick a decent high-quality shirt to separate yourself from the competition! Printful has been great to work with - any problems (like if there is a printing problem reported from a customer), Prinful has been very very quick to rectify it (like sending a replacement at no cost for example).

It doesn’t have to be integrated - it just means that if someone buys your product on Etsy, you would need to enter a manual order on Printful. (Same thing when someone in real life like a friend wants an item - buy it from Printful and get it shipped to them).

That's a great question - I personally like the design NOT right at the top (because I wear t-shirts under dress shirts and don't want the design visible). So I usually do about 1 inch below the top but it is totally personal preference!

Thanks, pls I'd like to know. When a customer places an order, does printful charge first and pay you once the item is delivered or the production cost comes from the client's payment?

Hi there - the two transactions happen at the same time (the customer pays you through Etsy or your website, and at the same time Printful charges you). You just bank the difference between what the customer pays you and what you pay Printful.

You can sell digital files on Etsy but that is completely different than Printful. Printful is a clothing supplier so the idea is that you would sell a t-shirt on Etsy and Printful would print and ship the t-shirt.

Hi there - yes for a sample product, it is typically 20% off of the normal price (plus shipping). So you can go onto Printful and then select your product (like a shirt) and then the price will pop up. Sample orders are great!

Hi zen, I have seen your video on you have made 10000 sales in 2.5 years span. You made 10000 sales every POD sites you use? Or you made those sales on overall your POD business? I didnt get that, I actually commented on that video but you did not reply me .

No I have not made 10,000 sales on every POD platform. I wish! I also do a bunch of side business stuff where I sell print on demand clothing to individual people like small groups, friends, family, soccer teams, etc.

Yes exactly - Etsy and Printful talk to each other automatically, so you would just get an email saying that you made a sale, and then you would get notification from Printful that you bought (at cost) the item and it's shipping to the customer. You don't actually have to do anything once it is set up!

The transactions basically happen at the same time (Etsy would collect the money from the client, and you would be charged via credit card by Printful). So you would pay Printful, collect the payment from Etsy and pocket the profit.

I have a question

All the videos I watch trying to learn this show things on their screen that are DIFFERENT from what I see. Right now I am 3:25 in, and there IS no Homepage! Now, watching to the end, this DID NOT help! The whole thing on my PC is vastly different from what you show. I don't want to order a product just now. I want to know how to create a list that I can push to my Etsy shop! I cannot find ANY video that helps!

@@zenwatercooler Thanks! I've managed to muddle through, though I do find some aspects confusing. Also I've discovered that a part at the bottom of some pages is covered up (at least in Firefox) and zooming out or in does not allow it to be uncovered! Only after viewing a video of how to place an image on a mug did I realize that the very top of a checkbox followed by the upper tips of text was to duplicate an image on both sides of a mug! I was barely able to check the box.I get a bit muddled at selecting the mockups, and using PlaceIt puts a little PlaceIt "watermark" image on the mockup. But I am learning as I go. Thanks for your reply.
