To assemble you will need:
4x 1/4-20 bolts and 2 nuts.
6" long piece of 1/4-20 threaded rod
6x 1/4" washers
6x 1/4-20 nuts
2x #4 x 3/4" wood screws
1x ball bearing, size is 3/16x3/8x1/8
2 small compression springs

Lubricate the sliding parts with some oil
PLA works ideally for this assembly
