Eddie®, The Edible Ink Printer is the world’s first-and-only NSF® and GMP-certified edible ink printer for printing onto cookies and other food items. Eddie is also Kosher and Halal certified.
Eddie makes the process of printing onto cookies, white chocolate, biscuits, macarons, and much more, fast and easy. Eddie prints directly onto the surface of cookies, eliminating the need for labor-intensive and costly frosting sheets.
The machine prints a dozen 3.5” (89mm) cookies or other similar-sized items in just two minutes. The included carousel feeder rotates the cookies to the print position, the printer pulls in cookies one at a time, prints and sends them back to the carousel - all automatically and hands-free.
Printed cookies or other food items will be dry and ready for sale immediately after printing. Printed images are bright, vibrant, smudge-resistant and even color-matched to ICC Color Standards. For these reasons and more, Eddie is truly a professional, edible ink printer and highly unique in its category.
Eddie prints on a variety of foods, including onto certain frostings or directly onto cookies, biscuits, and more. Although bakeries may want to develop their own glazes and frostings, for best results, Primera sells a bulk frosting mix that delivers optimal whiteness and print quality. For applications such as amusement or meetings and events, pre-frosted sugar cookies are also available in bulk quantities from Primera.
Out of the box, Eddie is equipped to print items from 3.0” to 3.5” with a maximum thickness of .75”. To print cookies as small as 2.5" in diameter, bakers can purchase our Tray Adapter Ring Kit.

Recently left corporate life to bake full time. After exploring Edible ink to build up corporate and special occasion business wondering if you will be offering the October sale, or I'm willing to entertain an "open box" unit if still warrantied
And colors? Where can i by this?
Great video! How do you dry the white icing on the cookies. When I do at home it takes 24 hours to dry. Thank you

So you have to frost your cookie first. Also does the ink dry if not in use.

Hi Cheldra, yes, cookies should be pre-iced. Although, it prints nicely on unfrosted things like biscuits in the UK, graham crackers, and things like that. The printer has built-in sealing technology, so as long as you leave your ink cartridge inside the printer, it won't dry up. Best regards, Primera

You can print on chocolates however white, or lighter colored chocolates work best as the printer cannot print in white ink. Where are you located?
