It costs about 1-2 dollars to print per t-shirt

It only works on light color t-shirts.
This is way to small of a pint area to be successful. You are basically limited to children's size tees. Did I hear you correctly, 180 seconds to dry the shirt then 90 seconds to iron it? This is in NO WAY a production model. That's 270 seconds plus the print time? That's not even marketable. How long did it take you to print that on white? This is the slowest DTG printer and dryer I've ever seen. BESTSUB, I love you guys but this printer is not for business.
