@@meesubicrosstrek8097 I really appreciate that! I have neoprene seat covers and a safari style roof rack (no whistling,but wind noise over 50mph) but I'm really digging that prinsu! I need to save my money for that though,but it looks bad ass! My son and I will be binge watching your channel this weekend!

Love the quality of the videos. I subscribed! I’ve been wanting this Prinsu roof rack but I live in Canada where we have lots of SNOW. I’m afraid i can’t remove it during winter time and how am I going to remove the snow off of my roof.

Not sure if you ever solved this, but I used a leaf blower to remove snow from my wife and I’s cars here in CO. Works really well and we get 7’+ of snow each year.

How do you get your tire off the Prinsu rack? Have you considered adding a rear hatch ladder?

Have you experience any leaking due or heavy rain? What type of sealer do you use?

How is it cleaning under the rack? Is it easy to do so?

Will those signal mirrors plug and play to a 2018 crosstrek premium? Those look good!

Any leaks? And what kind of silicone did you use to install?

Did you install the lights yourself and did you hardwire through the firewall? I was thinking about getting the trigger wireless controller. Also no locks on the tire/maxtraxx?? Living in Sandiego I get anxious about theft. I ran a bike lock for the tire and whenever I get my maxtraxx I ordered plan on padlocking the pins. If you know the padlock size I’d appreciate it. I’m on day 53 of waiting on the trax. Great videos man.

I don’t get a whistle but I do get a good vibration when I hit 80 miles an hour and I have the wind rubber strip

Hey bro I know this video is a little older and hope you see this question but have talked to the installers on getting this rack, before I do that. If you lived in a city or a place without a garage how do you feel about the tire? I am kind of scared that it might get taken or does this kill your MPG? what do you do besides the tiedown to make sure its not going to get taken? Thanks

Hey brotha any other roof racks you’d recommend that are lower center to the roof and good noise canceling without having to disassemble the interior and widen the holes?

I'm not sure about not being able to widen the holes. I've seen people use Spyder? Other than that, it's all Yakima.

Hello) i live in Russia and soon (from october 2021) we will have to register every mod according to the new rules. So i want to ask is it necessary to register every mod in the US?

No, we don't have to register anything. If you want to get it insured, then you'd have to update it with your insurance here.

I want to get. Prinsu roof rack for a rooftop tent, but am worried about theft. Could someone unscrew the crossbars and left them+tent off the top of the Crosstrek?

I don’t have the tent but I heard it is not easy to remove.

The lift in the link is for up to 2020 Crosstreks. Is your crosstrek a 2020 or 2021?

Just not seeing why it would cost so much for what it is. I’ve come up with a few option to fabricate one myself for the fun of it. We’ll see.

Yeah it does! With everything on it plus the tire and lift, I get 21mpg

Most of the roof racks out there are made from EMT conduit. Super, super, super thin stuff.
