By GOD grace I see myself leading 500,000 members Amen and Amen… I tape into the grace…

When we embrace a strong vision for church growth, the vision embraces us and causes us to have a strong and burning desire for church growth. This makes us pray. Prayer is a foundation for church growth. Prayer clears the powers in the air and establishes an environment where people can easily accept the Gospel. Prayer clears the resistance of the enemy around people that makes them not to believe. I need to pray very much before I engage in any spiritual activities; evangelism, leading EC, preach or speak to anyone about Christ. Prayer connects us with the Holy Spirit and thus be led by Him. Having faith in God is another foundation of church growth...it's the faith in God that will keep us focused on the vision to have our areas grow amidst the challenges we face. People being hard and unresponsive, it's the faith in God that will make us keep reaching the unmoved people. Faith brings determination to achieve. Deep fellowship with the Holy Spirit.
