I am a mute, speaking to other people terrify me and causes me to breakdown. there are a few people who I have grown comfortable enough to actually talk to and I am very soft spoken. Whenever I start to have probpems cause of being mute I listen to this cause it helps ground me

I think mutes are cute, I had this friend I used to watch anime with in high school and we used to talk together on her sidekick (an old style of phone) she was amazing and adorable, at least I thought. She was constantly worried about people approaching her because she was terrified of the initial, "miscommunication" but I would keep encouraging her and she appreciated it. Keep it up and try your best! Don't let the world beat you down especially with how everything's going in the world atm. Lotta love Epikz :3

So I made a comment on this one already, but here's another one that I feel is important to be making. This song was released right before I fell into a Major Depressive Episode. It was bad. Like, I almost jumped in front of a speeding truck, bad. But, this song stayed fairly high on my feed for a while, and I kept listening to it. It really helped me build up enough fight to actually go get help. So, some medication and quite a few sessions of therapy later, I'm back on my feet. So thank you, Prince. I would NOT have made it through that without this song.

Been a LONG time since I've done anything MLP related, but I've always loved your music and this one drew me in. For good reason, it seems. Great stuff, man!

Every original song you make has such a memorable "feel" to it, this is no different, all of your songs sound the same and yet sound different, you will remain one of my favorite artists no matter what, love your stuff man. Can't wait for REIMAGINE, definitely ordering a physical CD if there is one.

I've had friends nickname me Fluttershy from time to time, they say I'm a lot like her "But a bit also like Maud". I think this song describes me a bit more accurately than "like Maud", besides the phone part, I don't own a phone. lol It's funny though, most of the time the music I like is the softer stuff akin to _Shy heart_ by Ponyphonic or _Smell the roses_ by 4EFB. Though every once in a while I like to listen to some louder music and your is always the stuff I go to first. I actually heard your stuff before I was a brony back when you and DB pony did _Wonderbolt_ and after that I got hooked on _Not letting go._ You really have a talent for reaching us quiet introverts, funny that it's with loud music though. I guess just us introverts often have a lot of turmoil behind our quietness and louder music does often alleviate that. I'm really going on about this. lol Point is, you're awesome, you make awesome music and Fluttershy is perfect horse. :v

You know, I could say nearly all the same things you just did. Except that the loud band that broke through to me was Linkin Park back in 2001. I'd never listened to any "hard" music before then, but I had a friend tell me to check them out. And, just like you said, the LOUD actually helped to alleviate the TURMOIL. So, yeah. There are plenty of us in the same boat :D

I came across this song in my release radar on Spotify and I enjoyed it a lot. I listened to it 5 or 6 times in a row and added it to a playlist before moving to the next song. I came here to give my praise and it was not the channel I was expecting honestly, but keep it up this song is honestly great. 👍

This song has started to speak to me more than it has. For all my life, I've been a follower with no agency of my own, my parents have made sure to drive home that I listen to and obey them without question (They're authoritarian, narcissistic, and sociopathic). At my core, I'm an introvert, socializing doesn't cause me to break down, and I can handle it, but not a ton of it, I NEED my time alone, that cannot be argued against. But all my life, my parents have demanded that I come humor their guests whenever they invite people over, I've never had a choice, I must, by their orders. However, that's an issue when you consider they constantly have people over, meaning they're constantly ordering me to come visit with their guests and give up my time for their amusement. That means the experience is extremely uncomfortable for me, as I no longer feel the visit is something genuinely enjoyable, and more something that I'm being required to in order to fill out some 'socialize with quests' quota and I feel their eyes staring me down until some timer has elapsed. There will literally be times when I get off of an eight to ten hour shift at work, and they still order I come down and be with their guests. But I've lately started putting my foot down and standing my ground, vouching for what I both do and do not want, and while I've steadily become happier, because I'm actually starting to gain my own agency and autonomy, that loss of control has made them unhappy and starting to lash out like children when I deny them of their demands. For context, I'm 26, I'm literally an adult with a job, and they continue this. This song oddly helps me calm down when they're freaking out at me that I'm not coming down and humoring their guests.
