Really lovely. Sometimes in the night, I’d hear some sounds and see flashing lights, but I was too sleepy to look out the window. Eventually, determined, I got up and took a look… it was a bit of a shock seeing one come past the window on a low loader with police escort at 5am, to be finished off in Stonehouse (Plymouth)

That's an amazingly well presented ship.The layout and materials plus colors are so well blended.It's 'classy' without being pretentious.Very easy to clean and maintain,except the engine and lazarette spaces.With Princess,that shouldn't be a problem. Well Done!

The Princess S boats are super, amongst my favourite boats. The 78 would be a bit too big for me though, even with all the money in the world!! But I love the revamp, very very nice. Look forward to seeing similar upgrades on the 62 and 66. Wonder if Princess will consider drop down balconies as done on Galeons. Would make their boats even better!!

Wow!!! What a Boat. I didn´t expect this after I´ve seen the S62. The new Design and all the Details of this Interior is breathtaking. Thank you so much for this Video.

40 knots in this, that’s just astonishing. Great work on this boat. I wish they could upgrade the V50 so it also could reach 40 knot range.

@@visionist7 I can't find that figure in any of their current paperwork. You may have to contact the factory or a Princess dealer directly for that I'm afraid

Cracking tour Hugo……. nice to get the space to yourself and not have to dodge others….. I often think having two sets of stairs down to the cabins is a waste, but I don’t see how you could avoid it, without impinging on one of the twin cabins…🤔 As you say, brisk for the size, but thirsty brutes shoving her along will soon empty your wallet…… Still, if you can buy it, running it shouldn’t be an issue……. I like the flybridge, as I’m no fan of a lot of the latest “tall ships”, looking too top heavy, but helming from up top is great. Best of both really……. 🙂

Another superb tour Hugo. That really is quite a motor yacht, it’s gorgeous and what an excellent fly bridge. Having looking through the comments it’s obvious the crew cabin comes in for some comments, not surprisingly so. Might be comfortable for an astronaut but not crew members or even singularly a crew member. However Princess have done an amazing job on this and if I had the money this boat would be a serious consideration.

Classy Lady, interiors flow nicely like tge texture of the decorations lighting and furniture. Goid udea to separate engine room and the other technical areas for easy of maintenance. The crew area is a bit cramped i see this more as a owners boat only. Overall good boat well planned and a good addition to the Princess stable of boats.

🤣And Hugo is first across the line! 🤪 For so long the S78 has been my favourite of the S range but wow, Princess has done a fantastic job on this yacht, I feel like I need one of these in my life lol 👏👏👏❤️. Cheers Hugo. 👍❤️🇬🇧

As he is facing the table in the cockpit, the right hand leaf is tilted up a bit. Bad fitting or not pushed full down. They are'nt usually stiff.

Beautiful yacht. With the engine room between the accommodation and the technical space, I don't think you will hear the generators at night.

Very nice. It's amazing how well they maximize the room available. Modern yachts are just amazing in that regard. I have to ask- which would you have, the Princess 72 or the Pearl 72? I believe the Pearl is cheaper, but Princess has a really good reputation. Just wondering in case I find an original Picasso or Rembrandt in the basement.

Great tour Hugo. Right away I like the Princesses better than the Pearls. They have upped their game in the last few years. David Seals did a few yacht tours while the boat was at anchor and many they were rocking and rolling. I get seasickness so how much would this sort of yacht roll at anchor with the stabilizer on? I still can't afford one - but it would be a hoot to know. Maybe just maybe - buy your lottery ticket and dream of Princesses.

Pearl don’t make a competitor for this boat. The closest is the 72, and that’s a third cheaper. Pearl have just announced the 82 which would be closer in price, but that’s a raised pilot house boat with a main deck master.

With the stabilisers on you should be fine in any half decent anchorage

That 'crew area' (or is it a prison/coffin?) is stunningly claustrophobic with no apparent porthole or window. God help any crew member who has to sleep there- and what if they can't lift that heavy door to get out? Insane lack of humanity by Princess.

I have just checked my lottery numbers and I will not be ordering one. My wife saw this video and has told me that if she ever has to spend another weekend on my old Contessa 26 she is leaving me. Thanks Princess yachts, and I mean thanks, my old girl will be back in the water soon for the first weekend of the season. 😀

It is pretty small as owners are demanding more and more garage space for tenders and toys at the expense of crew space. That said a lot of owners of this size of boat won't have permanent crew on board

Great yacht, faster than the new Sunseeker Superhawk, then again it is three times the price.

"Little tabs to stop the water getting into the wood here'? So there are only 8 tiny place on that table where the water can get in. Really? Are you sure they aren't tabs where the table ends fold over and meet the main section?

I love the princess s boats. The only problem I have with them is it would be very difficult to work on them. Those generators must be horrible to ever service. There is a way to make more room. Extend the garage out to the middle part of the swim platform. You don't need a swim platform that large.

If I compare the prices of these plastic bowls these days with how many properties you can buy with money, it is no longer in a healthy proportion. It is ruthlessly exploited that there is obviously a certain clientele who can afford everything and have lost reality for money. It would be nice if even a larger part of the actually successful people could afford something like this and didn't have to feel like they still failed.

This guy was not as prepared as he could have been.
