Don't think he is confused he is watching how the world has changed.

One thing I do know for sure - Diana was a wonderful mom. She loved those boys fiercely. Like all great mothers, they were the most important thing in the whole universe to her. That's another part of Diana's beauty and grace - it wasn't learned, it came naturally from within her soul.

No she wasn't, The press were there to see William and they focused on William and Diana has said, they were happy at first and they BOTH made mistakes but she always said he was a good father

Actually specifically this doesn't apply here. At the time of the video she's pregnant with Harry, aka the period she herself described as the best moment in terms of her relationship with Charles. They got along well at that specific time, she said it was wonderful. Then it collapsed afterwards for good.

He’s a typical man. He was in front of camera 98% more than the average man. I can count hundreds of times my husband didn’t look at me or respond when I was talking.

This was just a dumb photo shoot. I saw a documentary about them - they said that Charles was a very good father to the boys, but the press hardly ever took photos of him with the kids - only her. I think he was a lousy husband, but a pretty good father. I imagine it’s an incredibly weird life.

What you see in this video is a parent who engages with the child, who plays with the child, speaks to the child, points out things to the child, and in general, parents the child. You see a second parent who grabs the child and puts it where wanted, carries the child with face turned away, does not verbally engage, and who pulls at the child's clothes to neaten them. Charles is the parent. Diana, despite having worked in a nursery, displays no understanding of young children at all.

I am noticing how Charles never interacts with Diana. So obvious he has very little feelings for her. She was so young and naive when she married him, I have no idea what her expectations were, but she did expect that her husband loved her. The disappointment of discovering he did not must have been crushing, so no wonder she became erractic.

What!? They had a swing! I’m shocked, since Harry has said they didn’t have bikes or toys, they never had anything fun in their childhood. I guess it was some other baby on the back of Charles’ bike riding in a baby seat, and definitely not William and Harry playing on various beaches and vacations around the world , going to amusement parks, skiing holidays… no, they were sent off to boarding schools at 1 year old where they lived like Oliver Twist and were forced to suffer in a stuffy Palace without toys or friends, and woefully neglected by their parents and family, it’s a wonder they survived the “Genetic Pain” of generations 🥺
