Prince Nana on Swerve Strickland, The Embassy, and his ancestral ties to Kofi Kingston

The Embassy’s Prince Nana joins The Sessions for a conversation that expands promotions, continents and generations as the manager of the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions The Embassy, Prince Nana discusses his longevity in pro wrestling and his specific, record-setting tenure in Ring of Honor. He also shares how he feels about ROH’s new ownership under Tony Khan, his partnership with Swerve Strickland and how he has ancestral ties to legitimate royalty … and WWE Superstar Kofi Kingston.

I’ve seen so many interviews with wrestlers talking about how wonderful and positive Nana is from the old school ROH days.

Two things: First, this interview made Prince Nana a real person. Keep it up! Second, Renee is just a good interviewer. She reminds me of my days interviewing musicians during my radio days. Make people be real!

Great interview. Big fan of Prince Nana. I remember seeing him back in 03 at the 3pw 1st anniversary show. It’s crazy how long it’s been. Glad to see him still going strong

I was definitely looking forward to this one because these interviews have a way of making me more of a fan of the wrestlers being interviewed and I’ve been feeling kinda bad about not knowing much about Prince Nana. Great interview!

I just enjoy the Session. René you're a true national treasure and it's a joy to listen to you and your guests. It's truly feels like a normal conversation between two people and just enjoy the time. A wonderful contrast to the rest of the Headline focused and screaming around content you get on the web. Best wishes from tokyo, stay safe and happy
