Apparently, by his own words, he has shown that he was never a hero. As a child, he was an angry bully who derided people with disabilities and taunted his brother. By the words of his fellow soldiers, he never saw combat, playing video games in a bunker while being guarded by real soldiers.

You are right. The only things that has been torn apart is Harry himself, Harry and Megan alliance and their reputation and relationship with the rest of society and most of all the celebrities that Megan is craving to be part of and desperate to be friends with them. As an American I can say that we for the most part do not like Megaliar and Handbag. Megaliar is no hero in this by sitting back and letting him do these interviews, promoting his book, etc. She is well aware of their ratings plummeting and she will let Handbag take the fall for that by himself. She is sitting back hoping that she doesn’t have to look responsible for any content of the book; we all know that she had a huge influence in what went into this book, but is hiding out to distance herself. IMO, of course. If Megaliar thinks that she would ever be elected into our government, she is hallucinating.😂

This American and those around me have gotten to the point of just "rolling our eyes, shaking our heads, and full-out laughing" at those two. Hazbeen and the Yacht girl should be given the title of "Court Jesters".

Netflix goes crazy when palace does not reply to feed them more materials and controversies. I had respect for the director and thought, as highly regarded as her, was somehow forced into the job. Now it is apparent she and Meghan are the same type. Netflix deserves its failure.

It was the misleading photographs, the staged and pretend paps that killed Liz Garbus’s reputation. She had no control over what Harry and Meghan actually related, but she did have control over what I just mentioned. How she could make such an error in judgment to insert those things and not know that people knew the couple had not been hounded or harassed to any degree nor followed and, therefore, their claims were going to be researched and the origin of the photos looked for, was astonishing for someone in her professional position. Until…she said what she did and exposed herself to truly be of the same type as Meghan in a belief that the public has no discernment and will accept everything she says.

Yeah, you'd think the director would've gotten a hint of Meghan when prior to its launch, she quoted that the series was not 'her' version but Liz's. MM was preparing for a cut and run then if needed, and despite the idea that MM is letting Harry have his moment, she certainly was there when he did the UN speech. There front and center with Invictus. Not buying she's giving him space for anything other than avoiding the storm that came from Spare. Americans aren't only tired of the story..we're tired of the 15 versions of the same story.

Frankly, I don’t agree with the lady reporting from the US. Many find it disturbing M and H are now retracting the racist claim. More so than not, people find it cringy and are bothered by their misleading lie without stepping up soon after the Oprah interview to clarify. Many find them to be two disturbed individuals playing a very dirty game in the publics eye. It’s a pity party for them, and the book is indicative of their severe personality flaws. They’ve destroyed their credibility and reputation.

Harry married a divorcee who turned him horrendously against his own family because she couldn't get what she wants. She wanted to be treated higher than the Queen, Camilla and Catherine but she doesn't want to do Royal duties. She wanted her perks and titles but wasn't prepared to do the job. She apparently bullied and belittled Princess Charlotte during the wedding preparations, allegedly, and getting help from Jessica Mulroney and her daughter, Ivy, to make fun at Charlotte too.

American here. I thought that American commentator did a very good job of explaining the US attitude towards the Harkles. Most of the US don't know her and could care less. Those of us who follow the RF know the Harkles are a boil on everyone's butts. The A-listers that Markle desperately thought she could barge in on with her title have all turned their backs on her. Even Oprah didn't invite her to her last party. They've been NFI to all events that they hadn't paid to get into beforehand. No one wants to be recorded or even seen talking to them. They know the Harkles will just lie about what was said. Markle made a huge mistake when she faked a gushing text from Beyonce. Beyonce's team immediately denied it. You can't get more A-list than Beyonce who is respected by everyone in the biz. If Markle would do that to Beyonce, she'd do it to anyone. NFI. They won't recover from being a laughingstock.

I highly doubt she feels anything other than her own bruised ego. If anything, bet she's planning her next attack at William and Catherine because she doesn't want them to be King and Queen. If she can't be, she won't let them be. That's how vindictive she is. She probably realized that she had married the wrong Prince and is super jealous of Catherine, that's why the vindictive who made who cry story came out. She told it at Oprah's interview and again fed her husband with her side of the story at his interview. She won't let Catherine go because of her jealousy.

Oprah, a good pal of the likes of Harvey Weinstein, is a race-baiting, bottom-feeding low life, in my opinion, thus a _perfect fit_ in Hollywood. That's why she's been so successful. She probably was willing to mentor Snarkle to be successful, too, as she had Tyler Perry. But with the vapid Snarkles, there's just no material to work with. It seems now even Oprah had distanced herself from the two. Oprah may be a low life, but she's a smart low life. I’m American and I’ve never liked nor believe Harry and Meghan about them being racist. I never knew who Meghan was before Harry, and I never liked her one bit, she seemed so fake and how no family was there at her wedding. That’s just odd, and her wedding interview she said all she asked about harry was “is he nice”? What a lie that was. Ugh they get on my nerves .

Harry doesn't look like his heart is in anything he's been doing, just seems to be trying to appease the mother of his children who spears to be consumed with hate, vengeance and spite.

I really don think this book of Harry's has torn the royal family apart as you say. I think it's made them stronger.

Meghan, Harry and Andrew should never be working members of the Royal Family again, period.

Pardon me if I missed it but I'm surprised no one brought up how so many of M's story lines turned out to be lies and much of H's story lines were inane, driven by blind jealousy or actually dangerous to his immediate family and potentially the Royal Family. Someone should pin Oprah and Gayle King down on whether they're proud of how they aided and abetted M's smear campaign on race in the Royal Family. Speaking as an American, I'm appalled and wish H & M would just up but they probably won't.

Gayle made use of Oprah and Oprah made use of the Harkles to make money and cling on to their fame, by using the race game. Oprah was clearly enjoying her "What" drama and doing poorly at acting. She, like Gayle, could only jump on Meghan Markle's race and victimhood bandwagon against the British Royal Family so that they could rise above everyone else to get first hand racism narratives to get the world on their side. For the last few years, she had gotten into shouting matches with Piers Morgan and others, defending H & M, because their previous claim that the royal family is racist fits her agenda, got her interviews on shows, generated her income, etc. But then, after Hairbrain got on camera recently saying he and his mare "never said the rf is racist," that that was merely a fabrication of "the press," oh boy. The BLM lady, Imarn, must have hit the roof! Immediately after that aired, she went on Piers' show and told him that she "must concede" to him that yes, H & M are "liars," her words! She has washed her hands of them. What's she gonna do now for money, now that the main cash cow has left the pasture? Lol 🤣 Man, I couldn't believe it, neither could Piers. He immediately said to her, "You AGREE with me?!!!" 😳 I had to replay the clip a few times, myself, lol. THAT was television history, right there. No offense, but why does no-one seem concerned about what us Australians think.? As a big part of the Commonwealth , and a country full of people who'd like to become an independent country and have been pushing for at least the last 35 years,.. I'd think The King would want to show strength and unity , especially to us lot. I think Andrew should just deal with the fact when you lay with some dogs you get fleas (no insult to dogs intended I am a dog fanatic). That said, I find it wildly messed up that no American men who went to that island w/o their wives have no victims remembering them. It’s disgusting. I think Andrew was the softest target and caved quickly. Bill Gates? Trump? Clinton? Etc? These guys have left w/o anyone remembering them? They all behaved? I doubt it. I’m sorry but there are records of Gates and other people going over to that pervert island. No girl is calling them out. No defense of PA and the friends he was keeping. I just find it odd. Andrew had to pay her off. The Queen didn't want the scandle. People pay people off all the time for whatever reason. If Andrew had gone through with the fight the RF would have been dragged through the mud. Too much of a risk for the reputation whether it was true or not. VG is a gold digging liar. We can assume what we want without the facts on eiither side. No other girls came forward with claims of the same so personally I find it hard to believe her story holds any value. Buying her book is on the same level as buying Harry's. Do we really need to hear from 2 compulsive liars? What a waste of time. I’m an American , and I’m one that falls into the category of being very knowledgeable about the Royal Family (I love history ,and you don’t get more historical than a family that’s been around for 1000+ years ). I supported Harry & Meghan when the first got married , I was awake at 4am my time to watch the wedding , but as their public relationship grew , I started noticing behaviors from Meghan that I found to be controlling and inappropriate. Then when “Megxit” happened I was like cool , go do you . Be happy cuz this obviously wasn’t the right Gig for you. But the Netflix docu series was ridiculous, Spare was just crass and petty . Do they not understand that the biggest revenge you can bestow on someone is them seeing you happy and you not giving AF? Because all I got from Spare and the docu series was a sad man who still has a little boy mentality throwing a temper tantrum to get Daddy’s attention, which does not tell me that they are happy or that they really don’t give AF what others think . Some of the stuff Harry griped about in Spare was just so damn petty. Like Williams baldness. And is it just me or does it seem, by his comments about Williams ‘ fading likeness to Diana , that he’s trying to take ownership of Diana , like he’s her true & only son? I think Princess Anne definitely deserves to be there. I also agree with King Charles on slimming down the monarchy. Obviously, the King and Queen consort will be there. Also, certainly, the Prince and princess of Wales and their children. I think Princess Anne and her husband should be there. Anne has worked just as much as the rest of the family.
