Prince George, Louis and Princess Charlotte play in the woods at Chelsea Flower Show
HAVING fun in the garden is what its all about for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
In these heart-warming snaps, the doting parents can be seen playing with children Charlotte, four, and Louis, one, on a rope swing as Kate unveils her Back to Nature garden, where their youngest son was seen taking his first steps.
In one picture, Wills, 36, is seen holding onto the tot as Louis takes a ride, while brave Charlotte goes it alone.
The Duke is also seen building a den with oldest son George, six, and sitting on a wooden bridge in the tranquil surroundings of the RHS Back to Nature Garden at the Chelsea Flower Show, West London, where the garden is located.
Kensington Palace said yesterday that over the past months Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis have “helped The Duchess gather moss, leaves and twigs to help decorate” the garden.
They added: “Hazel sticks collected by the family were also used to make the garden’s den.”
The Duchess told the BBC in an interview with Monty Don: “I really feel that nature and being interactive outdoors has huge benefits on our physical and mental wellbeing, particularly for young children....

And if that's right about William, working with that Piers Morgan. And you know how that Piers Morgan is to Meghan, is it all coming from that William, and Harry knows what is going on. The Duchess of Cambridge is such a dignified lady. She is so solid in her views about life, in her role as mother to 3 very royal children and with her priorities. And, being beautiful doesn't hurt one bit! Lovely woman she truly is.

@@dawiemeyer1630 Sorry you feel so bitter but it doesn't do anything positive to help the poor British people to lash out at the Cambridges. I was very poor as a child so I know how hard life is if you are destitute; my mum starved and we kids survived on bread and jam because my dad didn't want to pay any maintenance. A lot of today's social problems come from government "reforms" which have hit poor people very hard. Rather than lash out at the royal family, wouldn't it be better to write to MP's to try to get the rules changed and hardship eased. Not intending to be argumentative, it just seems that your clear social awareness and justifiable anger is pointing in the wrong direction. Sincerely, AB.

I myself never grew up poor nor am I poor now, but I have a clear understanding about what ought to be and what not. I am not British, I am European and come from a free country in Africa. I cannot understand how the British people allow these lice and ticks to parasatise on you.

She is the kind of woman who doesn't like to show off her qualities...she knows that her actions will work for them, and after 9 years of their marriage people know why William choose her on the first place, coz she is absolutely perfect for her role, she knows what her duties are and what are expected of her, She never tries to overdo it... always to the point ❤️❤️❤️

Children learn unconsciously up to the age of 6, i.e. indirectly. Children in this age group should only have direct teaching for short periods of time i.e. 15 mins or so in class room environment as their brains are not developed to cope with more than that at any one time. I studied Montessori method of teaching young children, it helped me greatly with my own children and monitoring how they copied at school, as our education system here in the U.K. does not reflect this research. Schools are still expecting young children to sit in the one place i.e. at a desk to learn directly for too long when their developing brains are unable to cope with that method can of teaching. They absorb and learn indirectly through exploration, and yes as the Duchess of Cambridge has said learning through nature, and encouraging play outside is very beneficial to physical and mental health.

ellie thats ridiculous 5 is a great age to start school, its the system now that is the trouble, theres far too much pressure put on children now, homework for primary school children is pathetic, primary school shouldn't be all about learning, there should be alot of fun too and its lost that l do agree with Catherine about the benefits of playing outside, l think far too many children are in the house playing games on devices, but l also think alot of children are not being brought up to cope with life these are called generation snowflake, because they are as delicate as a snowflake, l know people who can't even make a simple cheese sandwich and change a light bulb, parents are doing everything and its not doing children any favours, we're preparing them to look after themselves and their own children
