If something happened to me or I saw something happen to someone else I would speak up there and then because I have quick reactions. But talking to newspapers and such would be a scary idea.

Fear would be the only thing to get in the way. It’s easy to say “yes” unless or until you’re in that position. The UK doesn’t exactly have the best justice in and around historical sex crime, outside of that you’re up against an entire establishment. He’s a brave man.

I am very adapt to picking up these traits in people. I think because it happened to me, when I was a child. Prince Andrew is in my opinion guilty as Hell. It’s written all over his face. Why else would he be demoted from Royal family. He makes my skin crawl 😢

I agree, I've always thought of him as an entitled, abusive NARCISSIST as numerous people who have worked for him have said, and all the trips on yachts where there's pictures of him and everyone knows what happened tin those yachts, it's incredible that some people still think he's innocent. He's as guilty as they come, in my opinion, and his ex-wife is an enabler with a slightly better facade. Another narcissist.

I do believe he’s guilty of something. He’s to creepy not to be. However what it is he’s guilty of; we don’t know that yet. It wasn’t her. It was on the island/ She keeps forgetting stuff She said it was justice not money She took money instead of justice And it was she who was of age of consent , saw him several times after the claimed assaults. I do was a victim and what I never did was try to , by make actions; put myself into his realm and therefor myself into more danger. And now she’s had to drop 2? Lawsuits for being inconsistent in one and flat out admitted she “remembered wrong in the other” She had memory issue about a date and incident more recent than Andrew - in this case of reference she had the wrong man and his visa alibi was pretty dang solid evidence she was lying: If you lie half the time you speak I have no mind to pay serious attention to the other half.

Regardless of his official titles I will never call him a lord. Other titles would better accurately describe him.

'They plead poverty'.....how dare they!! Let's see how they'd cope on a low income with kids to feed & bills to pay that keep going up....why are these people still in the places we've ALLOWED them to be for so long?

If true that is bad, Prince Andrew has a lot to answer for and he should not act arrogant. He will not take responsiblitly for his own choices and it affected his daughters too. So what they were born princesses. I see snobbery. No wonder Eugenie acts out with Harry and his wife.

Prince Andrew has never given off a particularly inviting - friendly - interesting appearance. He has come off his whole life as an aristocrat insular selfish man. I am not surprised that he was quirky and demanding to staff of the Royal Family. I'm not surprised that he chose to hang around some unsavory characters and not to be open to advice from the Queen and others in that regard. As the 2nd in line to Charles he likely just felt annoyed with his lower status - even through he had such affection from the Queen. But in the public's experience Prince Andrew Never Really Became His Own Person - - and always seemed content to chum up to his Royal Relatives and enjoy notoriety and perks without really giving back much of anything. That's my 2 cents worth on feelings about Prince Andrew. He just seems like an Oafish Boar with an Ego and Sense of Entitlement that I just cannot stomach.

I think because you're telling the truth , that's the exact reason they have been told not to speak to you.

Absolutely, why wouldn’t the monarchy talk if they don’t have dark matter they don’t want to ever see the light of day. That’s why the Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth wills wouldn’t be released. I like Prince William and Princess Catherine and their children, I don’t care for the king or Queen consort, I do also like Sophia and Edwards children , I think that Lady Louise will make a lovely caring asset to the monarchy if it last that long. I feel monarchy is ok, but if their are dark creepy secrets regarding stuff like Jimmy Saville or E. Best evidence to date proves the photo was not photo shopped - for a start the technology wasn't available in the early 90's to that level of sophistication & also the photo was proved to be an original traced by the photo labs mark in the same neighborhood in Australia where she had moved to afterwards.

This is the exact reason the US put freedom of speech as the first right at the top! No one, not even royalty is above the law, or anything else. He doesn't deserve any rights that the rest of us don't get. His money, & royalty has opened many doors that he didn't deserve. No matter how many crimes he's committed he'll never be held accountable. He should be in prison, for at least awhile. Attacking a writer, & protecting a pedo/r@pist is horrendous.

Intriguing interview

Interesting, sad, but not surprising. Many things can be done if you have, or to prevent you from getting accurate but embarrassing information. Carrot or stick to deflect or dissuade, or throw enough mud and get some to stick to discredit. If it goes further, you have the wonderful ability to delay legal proceedings until the other party runs out of money.

From my very detached view, all I see is Elizabeth and possibly Edward as decent royals. All the rest are just people who have used their position to their great personal advantage above any greater calling. Certainly there are niches of ‘good intent,’ but they generally disgust me. It is just a smoke screen, whilst they indulge themselves in their personal ‘interests.’ All paid for by the state. I’m frightened of being a republican, but there is little difference at certain levels.

No, it’s not scary. If enough of us were to ask for it to be investigated and evidence shown it would happen. Unfortunately we prefer to think it is all hidden and we should not talk about it, so it remains gossip and it helps sell books. I’ve heard the Mountbatten gossip involving his grandsons for a long time, and let me say as someone who actually went to school with them, the trauma was only seen after the terrorist attack with Tim surviving, his twin blown to pieces. Never personally knew Andrew. Edward in my year, but knew enough that I would not like Andrew, as he flaunted his ‘royalty’ others I knew did the opposite. If we really want this investigated then there are channels that we can use, let’s not use it as a gossip chamber.
