Hey dude. I’ve been following you for a bit now. Always appreciated your catch and cook style. I had a few tips for you. Correct me if I’m wrong but it looked like you were cooking with an iron skillet pan. Not a problem but you put it on direct flame/heat. That pan was way too hot. You burned the honey. I’ve literally never seen that before. Next time mix everything in a small bowl. The shrimp were small so you don’t need that much honey. Maybe 1 or 1/2 teaspoon max. Same with the soy sauce. You added garlic to the pan first which I’m ok with. Some folks like to add it afterwards. It’s all personal preference. So when you added the garlic, it cooked immediately, that should been your first indicator. Remove the pan, allow it to cool and then add your shrimp. Hold the pan above the flames and allow the shrimp to cook, lightly. It’s easy to overcook shrimp. If it feels rubbery, you overcooked it. Anyways, I hope this helps. Keep up the awesome videos bro!
