Prime Crime: Babysitter Turned Killer | The Murder of Hannah Wesche
Ойын-сауық
In March of 2018, Ohio police responded to the home of Lindsay Partin to find the three-year-old she was babysitting in severe conditions. Partin claimed she didn't know what happened, yet examiners said she had a severe head injury and bruises all over her body. Find out what really happened to Hannah Wesche on this episode of “Prime Crime with Jesse Weber."

Claiming self defense after you chase someone who's on foot while your in a pickup with a shot gun is crazy

I've been caring for kids since my first babysitting job at the age of 11. I never would have harmed that child, or any other child in my care. And my eldest child has been very challenging. It got to the point where we called child services for help and then took parenting classes to learn how to better parent for his behavior issues. An adult steps up to the plate when it comes to caring for kids. And if you can't do it, don't take on a babysitting job.

I had a babysitter when I was about 4 and I specially remember her pinching me and being mean to me. One time she wouldn’t let me run out to play with my siblings. I was holding a baton and when she reached close the glass door the baton went through it and broke the glass. My sister witnessed this and because of that my mother came home, fired the woman immediately. She knew very well I could go outside to play and there was no reason to keep me inside the house. I was so happy this woman was fired. I finally felt safe again. There are just mean people.

It makes me ill that she is trying to appeal this. I know she has the right, but......I know this was 6 years ago, but my heart still breaks for Hannah's father. There is NO WAY the amount of injury to Hannah happened from Lindsay smacking her upside the head. I Know a lot of people will try and fault Hannah's dad, Jason, but he was honest the whole time.... Lindsay lied the whole time. If she didn't do anything to Hannah, she would not need to lie. Hannah suffered horribly. Rest in Peace sweet Hannah.
Omg her own children must have been so scared of her.
I think she should never get out of prison there is no excuse to ever hit a child especially as it wasnt even her own if she felt the child was too much she should have stopped taking her into her home
Lindsay: you are a liar. You only wanted to protect your sorry a..
As for that poor boy i know in my heart without that video to prove what they did to him they would have got away scot free to do it again my heart goes out to his mother but at least she got justice by her own hands she fought to get that for him as the law at the time did nothing
Even if Arbury was stealing stuff and/or trespassing, he didn’t deserve to be killed. They should’ve let the cops handle it. Unless Arbury pointed a gun, etc, he never deserved to be shot. I remember when I was younger, I loved going into brand new homes under construction and walking around. They fascinated me. Maybe I’m a weirdo, but regardless, neither I or Mr. Arbury deserved the vigilante justice.

I just can’t understand why this happens. Why be a nanny or babysitter? Like she wasn’t forced into this career. Children are difficult sometimes but they are just that..children!! Why is it that the murder of children is taken so lightly. A chance of parole after 15 years, REALLY! This isn’t a person or even human being, but a Monster. If nothing else, thank God her own child is safe from the same possible fate. The poor father. I can’t IMAGINE how he’ll be able to deal with the loss of his child in such a horrific manner. And now, in just 15 short years, he’ll have to relive this nightmare to try and keep this monster in jail, as opposed to parole.
Knowing that if this grown woman was slapped in the face by another adult, she would press charges. So, why would slapping a CHILD across the face a "form of discipline"?
