The folk orchestra Prijatno was founded in 1978. Its aim was to perform Macedonian and Bulgarian music on original folk instruments.
"'Prijatno'' means ''kind'', or ''friendly'' but also ''joy'' and ''good bye''.
Prilepsko Gajdarsko Oro was originally played on gajda by peasants from Prilep. The dance has a 2+2+3/8 and a 3+3+2+3/16 rhythm.
