UPDATE: both Sunayna Smith and Kennedy Carstens use she/they! i’m not sure if this was a recent change or i missed it, but they do. sorry! UPDATE 2: i also realize i missed Cydney Clark, who played Cleves on Breakaway 6.0 and identifies as bisexual. she has “💗💜💙” in her instagram bio and i think this was a recent edit and she was not out when i made this video. if she was i apologize UPDATE 3: Harriet Watson has recently come out as lesbian! awwww i’m so glad i was able to help you discover that!! there are many trans/non binary/genderqueer actors in six, i remember how happy i was to get to see Aubrey Matalon live my first time seeing six, because they’re currently the first and only queen to use any pronouns, and so do i! she was very sweet and so so kind to me afterwards. i know it can be tough finding representation in theatre, but it’s getting easier by the day! stay safe and stay cool, babes🫶

i think i know too lol. like i said in the description, i didn’t have access to a lot of the resources i do now, and it was just too exhausting to add them because it would mess up all the overlays as well. but thank you!

i used the six the musical wiki fandom!! i use it all the time, it’s my main source for almost all of my six content. the updates are super fast, so i can stay updated with things even though i don’t have socials like instagram or tiktok!

oh i’m sorry! she was listed as LGBTQ+ on the six wiki but i couldn’t find anything that specified her sexuality so i put her as queer just to be safe

the sapphic flag! sapphic is an inclusive umbrella term for any non-male individual attracted to women. so if a woman is dating another woman, no matter their sexuality, they are sapphic. whether they identify as lesbian, bisexual, pansexual, or any other sexuality, if they like women, they’re sapphic. this also works if they’re non-binary, or somewhere under the trans umbrella. as long as it’s not a man attracted to a man, it’s sapphic. achillean would be the opposite, a non-female individual attracted to men. hope this helps!

anyone i used this term for in this video is in a relationship with a woman or another non-male individual but has not disclosed their sexuality. so cassandra lee for example, is in a relationship with vanessa domonique. neither have disclosed their sexuality, but they are both women and are dating each other, so they’re sapphic!
