Lovely video joselyn!! Many years ago, our son had mysterious right knee pain...he was around 9 and played a lot of baseball, especially catching a lot during the early years. Anyway, reg docs had no idea. Fortunately, his dad happened to be doing some work for the then Dodgers team doc/ortho who then correctly diagnosed him with Osgood-Schlatter disease. Its a common cause of knee pain in growing adolescents, especially athletes. Not dangerous and typically outgrown. You might want to look into that and the various remedies (including icing and strengthening exercises.) I know how frustrating a "we don't know" answer can be, so hope you don't mind me throwing my two cents in. Hope she's feeling better soon! 💜 Janice

Actuality Osgood-Schlatter's is pretty easy to diagnose on exam and X-ray, so likely not the cause in this case. I hope they find a solution.

I was going to say she's growing. A lot of kids have this. My daughter had tags in her knees that she had to have removed. She was around 9 at the time.

Laurel is so adorable! The progression of her sweaty nap smiley face, to the baby talk at the end... she is soooo cute!!

I love how patient Andrew is just sits in the car while sweet laurel sleeps🥰

I loved that store. The vintage Soda Shop in the beginning is so dang cute!!! and prices were better than thrift stores. I'd be willing to take a roadtrip to see it!

7:42 I bought this fish set at Salvation Army for $7 sold it for $30. The stopper was included, it was a fun find. Factory Art Ceramics in Ukraine, USSR.

Thanks for introducing me to a place that is 45 minutes to 60 minutes from my house that I never new about lol. Definitely worth checking out. Great pick ups on the little blue jar and I knew you would grab that signed blue bowl with the heart in it. Great price on both of those and that bowl was unique.

Mackenzie Child and Mary Engelbrite were both popular and copied, sorta. There were enough differences to avoid copyright laws unless the product came from China. Lenox jumped into the fray with a line of painted glass "inspired" by both designers, which downright copying is not a foreign concept for them, i.e. the Lenox/Belleek debacle eighty years ago. I don't think that Clairese Cliff did iridescent glazes. The blue and peach combo is a Czech creation that was knocked off by Japan, then the Czechs started copying Japanese tweaks to the Japanese copies of the Czechs. Cliff did more of a graphic style design with her florals. Being English, her pieces are abundant in England and in demand with high prices. Here in the States, she is somewhat unknown but does have a niche market.

I am so happy for Andrew and his Berlin Wall Rock. I have total understanding of his purchase because I remember when President Regan telling Gorbachev to tear down the wall. The people themselves torn down that wall. Although, you as well made great purchases. Laurel is so precious, and you’re teaching her at an early age. God Bless your family.

Every vendor cared to make an appealing booth

Oh my goodness. You can almost see the girls with the ponytails up high tied with a scarf bopping around swinging her poodle skirt and smacking her gum. Oh the soda shop was perfect.

Hi to you all. My daughter had me put dry rice in an old sock. The is shut. Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Great for sore knees and shoulders!!

Andrew looked cool in his shades.😎 Love the little blue trinket box, blue glass bear, little Fenton irridescent vase, spaghetti Italian dog,glass shell. Way too many goodies. Laurel and her smile is contagious!💜

My son was having leg/knee pain at a similar age. People kept calling them "growing pains"... When I finally took him in, the doctor recommended shoe inserts. We went with the pricey ones off Amazon (about $50 a pair) but he hasn't had pain since and he is almost 18 yo. We get almost 6-9 months out of each pair and now all his shoes have them. If he wears shoes without them, he notices. Even though it took him a bit to adjust to them when he started using them. 😂 I really hope you find something that works for her! Sending healing vibes!

I really like the set-up soda fountain at the front of the store! I worked in an old-fashioned Rexall drug store, behind the soda fountain, while I was in high school back in the early 80’s. I wore an uniform almost exactly like the one that mannequin was wearing. I had so much fun at that job that when I bought my house as an adult, I designed my entire kitchen with a vintage soda fountain theme. It had black & white tile floors, a vintage silver Formica table with red leather chairs, & even a vintage coca-cola cooler, built into the island. (I was a vintage coca-cola collector for many, many, years:). Anyway, what a fun video! Thank you for sharing. I hope Juliette’s knee feels better soon. (I had severe growing pains in my knees (& elbows) when I was her age).

Great scores Crazy Lamp. My Grandson has something wrong with his knee. He too had x-rays and blood work done. Nothing showed up. His mum was recommended from friends to get an MRI as tendons tears and muscle ligament strains etc apparently don't show up on x-rays.

Laurel is such a mix of you and Andrew, but sometimes her expressions and mannerisms is Ashton. When you asked how was your nap, I saw Ashton.

Oh, man, there were some great Blenko pieces around those decanters you looked at around 14 minutes in. The vase with the rosettes that you picked up was Blenko, and several pieces on the shelf with the assorted crackle glass items were. That tall orange footed vase in particular was a goody.

I love Mkenzie Childs or inspired by things that are more affordable. I only buy 1 thing a year at the yearly barn Sale and it's a battle to get anything in your cart. Just got my item today I ordered early July.

I just sold two of those Fenton shades for $65 each. I found them at a Goodwill for $8 a piece. Mine were a little more unique with more of a stretch glass look.

There is a visible bump that swells when she exercises too much. It’s gotten worse with daily recess and gym classes. I hope they refer us to a specialist.

If you ever head farther north in NY, Watertown has several antique stores, then head farther on route 11 Dekalb Junction has a small one and my booth is in Canton NY @ The Rabbit Hole Antiques and Collectibles. Keep going and Malone has a big store also on route 11 and a few others in Malone.
