Smart kid. A little realtor. I've been watching. Want to leave NY. Don't want to be in the hurricane belt. Would have to sell my home in NY first. My budget would be around 350K. Half acre would be nice. I kinda like that home. I prefer a foyer, big master suite, private toilet. big closets.

Hi Alexis, I love your videos, I know you didn't build the house, as you say! lol so, I'm gonna tell you what I think. The tile on the floor is too loud and busy. Gives me a headache! Disappointing that there is no pantry in this beautiful kitchen! Love the hood instead of the microwave, Love that the sink is not in the island! The laundry room is so spacious, love it! However, the guest bedrooms are way too small. they are more like walk in closets. For 489,000.00 you could definitely find a house with larger bedrooms, I cant understand, why they don't make the house a little bigger, there is an acre of land. SMH Se you in the next video!

Too bad this house is a 3/2 it should be minimum 4/2 or 4+/3 for this price. The kitchen is cute but those floor tiles estan de madre. It should have been white glossy tiles same size. Not bad but the price too high compared to other new homes. Please mention what is the interest rates not about the down payments. In addition, people need to research how much is your home owner's insurance and your deductible per incident and in the case of Florida, storms / hurricanes. There is also research to do what are the chargers for electricity. I heard they are ridiculous by that power electrical company which is not FP&L. Finally, find out how much is your city / county home taxes which in this area 0.68. I calculated a home of $477.990 3/3 at .068% = $3,250 per year for a new home.
