hi, in 2016 we bought a piece of land 100sqm for 550,000php. The same lots next to our house are now on the market for 1.3 million !!! Construction materials are also now much more expensive.

Yep. We spent a total of 3mil for our 2 story house and lot. A simple ground floor typical style Filipino house (everything half the size) is going for the same price. It will get to the point where no-one can afford to buy a lot and build a house unless you are very well off. Typical Filipino monthly salary here is 12-15k and Americans are spending 100k a month !!!!

I'll be moving to the Philippines in the next 4 years I hope and if I start doing videos I will be converting the Paso to pounds because I'm English not American. This Tex is not having a go at you
