Sir meri aakh 4-5 salo se hamesa kam jyda laal rehti hain. Bahut dva karva liya. Jb tk dvaa chalti tb tk sahi rehta hain. Dva band hote hi phirse laal ho jayegi kyaa karu 🙏

@@DrKashishGupta thnks for the information Sir. Can I use multifocal or trifocal IOL in my right eye at time cataract surgery. In my left eye have monofocal IOL used by doctor's. Actually I mean to say that Can I uses different IOL in my eyes. One with monofocal and other with multifocal. I am worried about that it's not suitable for my eyes. Or yah monofocal is good in both eyes

It’s just a material of the lense!!! Most of the IOLs these days are hydrophobic

Bilkul ten thousand waaale mein koi tension nahi, par woh ek monofocal spherical lense hai , aur woh utna hi kaaam karega, jitni usne quality hai. Usse aap spectacle independence nahi paaa sakte. Kindly IOL selection guide video bhi dekhen. Aapko answer mil jaaayega.
