Join me for a First look at Nordic Forces for WWIII: TeamYankee. This release adds Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark to the game.
Unfortunately the official release schedule's not out yet. I'll make some educated guesses about the Nordic Forces release schedule (which rumours are starting to suggest might be wrong!) and then we'll have a look at the various forces in the book. There's also some scenarios and a new Fog of War token system.
The Nordic nations have a lot of unique gear, so we'll take a very quick look at those as well.

While i really dont need another Team Yankee army, my resolve crumbled and i prordered some something for the Swedes today: Book, S-Tank Company, PBV 302 and Infantry. I'll see when i pick up some of the other models, although i am temped just to 3d print the rest (or more precise ask a friend to do so).

They are very tempting - but I have too many unfinished armies already!
Dont worry about pronunciation, It is fun that nordic countries get some time in the spotlights Swedish - Finnish allied list would be fun to run

We Australians are disappointed when someone mispronounces “bunyip”, “Wolloomooloo” or “drongo”, so it’s only polite and fair we try and pronounce your words correctly. ;-) But glad you guys ate getting your time in the sun with Nordic Forces.

I will wait to see the new NATO releases before deciding on my next force. I already have UK, US and USSR so i'm in no rush to add another.

Yeah. I’m keen to see what changes there are to Anzacs. But I want S-tank and Centurion.
It’s interesting that that STRV103 has the slat armour rule which could possibly mean it could be used by other nations at a later date maybe

2:40 for whats it worth , those are the C variant on the box art , you can tell because all the tanks in the company has the "shovel" (plough) , up until B variant only the platoon leader had it.

Thanks matso3856. I knew the box art were Cs. They had the slat armour and side skirts. In the video, I was wondering if you could build the earlier vanilla S-Tank. Sorry if I wasn’t clear…
Hmm, i wonder how available these kits will be after release. And if you intend on making a bulk purchase box set of some sor- *I demand reservists and their in storage Sherman tanks!* Thank you for the reference and the positive waves man

There is a rumour that Battlefront are going to release a new Sherman Range Target box set. This will contain a mix of Sherman kits and a 3-set of drill bits for making different calibre holes in the tanks. There will also be a hot-needle for small-arms dimples. How does that sound. ;-)

There is a lot of intersting stuff. But it is in differnt nations. So while watching your video I thought: Why not building my own NJFB (Nordic Joint Forces Brigade) with plns from various nations? Nothing for a tournament but interesting when I play against my friend.

Sounds like an interesting project!
Was looking forward to building a Walker Bulldog unit for the Danes. Oh well. The tank assaults in TY have sort of broken the game anyways.

Now you say that, the NM-116 (90mm armed Chaffee) for Norway and he M41DK1 are missing, sadly.

@@FogofWar I have delayed the project as I bought into the French release and got myself the boxset with a load of infantry, VBLs and VABs !

Yee. I also noticed how Finnish used T-72s and T-55s have longer range than Soviet used equivalents. 😂 (All due to Finns having bought the ammo from Belgium instead of from Soviet)
