As a wheelchair user with spina bifida I wish I could have used these before getting 3 stage 4 bed sores. I have Roho brand on my hospital bed and man these are highly helpful but takes time to get use too. I don't like the pump operated ones because I can't feel if it's too much heat on it. I just pump the 3 parts of my Roho Mattress up and that's all

I have pressure sores on my bottom from sitting/sleeping in my recliner 24/7. I'm pretty much immobile. I've got severe arthritis and severe neuropathy. Being all alone, no help. It's hard to prevent sores or treat them. I need some kind of cushion and what kind of Med to treat the sores. I've looked both up online and don't know what to get nor can I afford much... I'M IN SUCH MISERABLE PAIN!!! 😭😭😭😭😭

This overlay has been so helpful in preventing pressure ulcers for my mom. I wish there were something to prevent her joint contractures. 😢

Joint contractures are so tough. I worked with so many different clients with them and the best we could do was comfort measures. Nothing seemed to fully alleviate them :(

Is it the hands? Recently I came across a video of Rehabilitation Robot Gloves. Basically they're gloves that open and close your hands. Maybe look into that?

@@valerievankerckhove9325 Not her hands; her knees are contracted and now she is not moving her arms much. She is keeping both arms close to her sides, which makes it difficult to get her dressed.
