Sweden does seem more “German-german” than “Scandinavian-german”, so makes sense.

My grandfather came from East Prussia, fought in the Kurland battle till Mai 1945 to help the Prussian exiles to escape over the Baltic Sea. After he got arrested by the Soviet Army for 3 years he walked back to Germany homeless. In Lower Saxony he met my grandmother how gave him food and clothes. For his honour and memorial I listen to this majestic march.

@@chrisb9143 The French were able to hold out a lot more than the Germans historically, their soldiers never broke and also have famous stands, the old guard at Waterloo, davout against the Prussians, and Verdun. I mean, the longest battle fought in German history and modern history they failed to win, France still triumphs over lots of nations in military history, yeah keep glorifying the Prussians when they performed horribly in the napoleonic wars and the French and British are just a bunch of pussies.

The first half is just so full of power. Can't get enough of it.

Both in Society and in military WW2 German were different than Prussia, they use the humiliation of WW1 and the proud military traditions of Prussia to justify their actions, but Prussia military traditions doesn't involve the things that WW2 Germany did Saying both are the same is like saying that the USA is the CSA Doing what you're doing will only lead to more bad thing
