Once again patterned Swiss roll
Come watch me make this pretty pattern
Pattern paste
Butter 2tbsp
Egg white 1
Cake flour 1/3 rd cup sifted
Salt a pinch
Vanilla 1tsp
Castor sugar 2.5 tbsp
Colours of choice
Method as shown in video
Sponge
Cake flour 67 gms( 2/3 rd cup)
Castor sugar 75 GMs ( 1/4 th cup plus 2 tbsp)
Oil 1tbsp
Milk 1.5 tbsp
Vanilla 1-1.5 tsp
Eggs 3 + 1 yolk
Filling whipping cream 1/2 cup
Fruit of choice

Yes To all purpose flour remove 1 tbsp flour and add 1tbsp corn flour and Seive that makes cake flour
