Shay is always working if you haven't noticed. Even on weekends, post wrap on weekdays, basically all the time. Plus she has about 100 things going - movies, her book, her KZread videos, her clothing line, her line with Quay. She needs n assistant!

You just don't know how busy actresses are then. Shay is one of the main characters, she is shooting a scene Most of the time. She doesn't have time to drive to the store and stuff and if she does, she would be very stressed out, she already is. And when Sammy feeds her or something, that's just the friendship part
