Sean is taken to a motel and is given a prostitute for his 18th birthday by his father. He must sleep with her to "fix" his questionable homosexuality.
"Pretty Boy" is a coming of age story of a young bullied teen, Sean, struggling with his sexuality and the hardships of high school. After his father finds some questionable magazines in his room, this devout Christian will go to any lengths to get his son to find the light and "perform" the way a man should. Sean is introduced to Katie, a prostitute that understands the stigmas of modern society and helps him see the true light that is within him.
"Pretty Boy" is meant to inspire our youth to follow their hearts, to seek out their true family if "...the family they were born into isn't the family they're meant to be with."

As a women that does not believe God made a man for a man and a women for a women… I will say this, First off the film was amazing! Wonderful! And you are so talented!! When your film hits main stream you definitely have my support 😘💗 Second, because I am a Christian women one thing I have always stuck by and will always stand by is that I am NOT God! And I am no were near perfect! The lord knows im not! I am a human being just like everyone else and it is not my place to judge or treat anyone any different than anyone else! I am an ally when it comes to everyone just doing them! Period! I’d so much rather someone be happy than miserable!! It would truly break my heart! Like I said it’s not my place and I truly could careless who anyone is with lol honestly! I care about who you are! My sister is a lesbian women, (the boyish) kind lol. And I’m telling you now I don’t love her any less!! And me and her girlfriend talk ALLL the time! I love her girlfriend 🥰 So like I said while I don’t believe God made for ppl to be with the same sex! It’s not my place to look down on anyone! I’m not God! It’s your life! And my job on this earth is to love ppl! And support the ones I love! 🥰😇 That’s what God wants from us as believers! He would be so disappointed if I had the nerve to look down on ANYONE else! So I will serve my God! And love his ppl/ children! (And that’s all of us!) And I will continue to pray that more Christians start to understand that! God is love 💗 not hate!

@marquita tiggs its wonderful that u love your child unconditionally and I feel that was a wonderful response u gave your daughter. At 13 she just needs to concentrate on school and that's my biggest problem with society, social media and TV. It's like there pushing our children to concentrate on sex and being with the same sex. How do u know your attracted to girls if u haven't even been with a man yet. I dated other women when I was younger but I didn't feel it was for me. I love how other women look and feel so I consider to be attracted to them but I dont wanna be romantically involved with one. Tell your daughter to take her time she has at least another 10years to decide who she wants to be with. Love.

When I was younger I used to pray that god would fix me and make me normal. As I got older and grew to love myself it became easier to be who I am. I loved his confidence at the end. I was worried my son would commit suicide because I knew he was hiding who he was. It was a relief when he came out. I prefer him to be happy. He always laughs about how boring his coming out moment was. He was dragging it. We all looked at him once he made his announcement and we all said, ok. I get why he was being dramatic but we already knew and no one cared.

This movie was amazing! Growing up, I knew I was attracted to girls and boys. I was scared to tell my parents about me liking girls, so I kept to myself. My mom could sense I was scared to talk to her and my dad about something, she just didn’t kno what it was. The only person who knew literally everything about me was my ex. He kept telling me to tell my mom, and that she was gonna love me regardless. Same for my dad. At 19, I finally told my mom. The reaction I got from her wasn’t what I was expecting. My mom told me that no matter who or what I’m attracted to, she’s always gonna love me. Next person I had to tell was my dad. I thought he was gonna be so mad at me, so I literally was shaking when i told him. His reaction was the same as my moms. His exact words were “Boo, you’re my daughter. I don’t care who you’re attracted to, just as long as they treat you right, you can love whoever you wanna love.” To hear those words come from my dad, it made me feel so good. I understand there are ppl out there who’s parents aren’t/weren’t like mine. And they had a hard time telling them that they are gay, bisexual, transgender, etc…. Just kno you’ll have support from a fellow LGBTQIA member ❤️

Thank You, ZO! Such a powerful and profound message in this film. It amazes me that people in families and society are still trying to fix things that aren’t broken. Instead of being loving, understanding and supportive, they consistently play the judgment card because of ignorance. And you’re absolutely RIGHT, God only made One You, so Be Who You Are!! Kudos to Your channel and for being a Voice for those who don’t have one! Good Spirits 💙

That's such a weird "thought process" for me. "You might think you're gay, but trust me....once you deep dive in some 😸 you'll see the light." 😕 😡 I swear there was a Criminal Minds or Law and Order episode where, when the man was younger, he was made to have sex with prostitutes. That and other abuses from his father, turned him into a serial killer.

I feel like the note she wrote him is resignation to anyone...we all go through things that we may feel nobody understands..I have a daughter that's apart of the LGBT community and it's tough..because family can be so judgmental but I accept her and that's all that matters and just by me accepting her it's a burden off her shoulders..the message in the film was dope💯 ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

I really loved this short film ♥️ My brother went through the same thing. It hurt my heart 💔 to see him go through the things he was put through. I have always been his protector. And to this day, I still do! And I've always given him the message you just said towards the end. We are very close to this day ♥️🥰 I love my brother. He has 3 degrees in nursing. He's a CNA & he helps others that are in the same situation ♥️
