Preston Hollow is one of the "old money" neighborhoods of Dallas. You may not see the biggest mansions of Dallas in Preston Hollow, but there are a lot of really rich people in Preston Hollow. The same for Highland Park, TX and University Park, TX. While Westlake, TX and Southlake, TX Plano, TX, Heath, TX have huge mansions, but the billionaires of DFW live in Places like Highland Park, Preston Hollow and University Park.

Believe me you'll see 40k sqft mansions in Preston Hollow and a lot of them. I've been tempted to buzz the gates and ask what they do for a living.

@@VIPRealty im not even american but i am hoping to win powerball one day, i was thinking, what is better beverley hills or preston hollow? which has more appeal? to be honest ive never heard of this place before, ive head of the HAMPTONS as a rich area, and ive heard of BOCA RATON as a rich area but ive never head of this place, on a scale of 1 to 10 where would preston hollow rank for LUXURY/COST/Classiness of the richest areas of the US?
