For this, I advise you to become ill at night. Because Spiders and Worms are hard according they can break doors which lead to your death with your prestige gone, you can drink holy water after you turned ill since you won’t become a patient back during the night and you would still stay the same, often. Yup! I know Nurses can investigate in the dorms so I suggest you to hide in one of the dorms that have a door once the nurses come to investigate because if you get thrown to isolation during that time, you would lose your progress of prestige and remember to count screams. Getting rid of lice first is one thing before you start the path, wearing the same uniforms as other spiders/worms/drowneds is one thing in order to not get attacked. Although you can drink holy water during day but then go find a melon to offer the heart if you’re divinor since you get blurs if you do that. Doing Chores can give you chances of holy water as you politely ask the nurse you did some, if you want to know what color the most ills are wearing, you have the chance to look for yourself during Breakfast/Dinner. It’s better to check the bunker everytime since there could be one before so you could clean blood stains.(I deeply apologize for the long message.)

here's a couple of other tips i've learned from completing day 3: although many are against catching lice, it's actually very useful for gaining prestige. it doesn't deplete your health as fast as it says it does, so it's nearly impossible to die from as far as I know. and for those concerned of it sucking prestige, it's simply a myth that was added to scare within the update. Lice doesn't affect the path at all. - the reason why I suggest catching the infestation is because there is a common known glitch for laundry that allows you to double- if not triple the amount of prestige you gain daily. here's how to do it: (keep in mind it only works WITH lice. nothing else) 1. find a clean, made up bed in any dorm 2. lie down in said bed (you may have to repeat twice) until there is a floral/flea like pattern on the sheets 3. take your linen basket and collect the dirty linen 4. wash + dry and repeat! you can do this as many times as you like, and it covers way more progress than simply waiting for the next load of dirty linens to come through. hope this tip helps! good luck on prestige for anyone doing it

thats not really a glitch, it's just a strategy for prestige

Another useful tip is if you're on a desktop, (PC or laptop) when you are grabbing linens, putting linens in the washing machine or putting them up on the racks, you can press F twice and it'll make you move normally! This is very useful to not waste any time as you can just walk over to the dorms to get more dirty linens! (you can also run while doing this)

this is super helpful because i was so confused LOL. this update annoys me soo much because I used to be a nurse and left last summer and i joined back to see now your food can spoil and you cant carry more than 1 plate of food 😭 its so hard trying to survive now

I have an OP bug to get prestige a little fast: 1. get an alt. join with your main acc to the game 2. do the same thing but with your alt. 3. with your main acc and alt acc go to the sanatorium. 4. with your main acc grab the blood washer. 5. with your alt accounts you must kill yourself when you did that. blood will appear, rapidly with your main acc clean the blood and you will se your prestige grow. repeat the same steps and you will get so much prestige!

Although since it takes a lot of time, I might not be able to become a nurse anytime soon due to my busy schedule, but it's so fun and exciting that applications are no longer required! How do i get the prestige path? Tge only title i have is islander and im pretty new to the game

for surviving, just go outside before the night and stand against a wall that no one can see you.
