Sir One thing which i found in Avalon Park is such luxury project of Avalon for about 900 flats it does not have a Tennis Court for Avalon Park, that is little bit strange as stated in their broacher

Sir , we have purchased 4.5 BHK in avalon park Tower 4 . Since we also visited the project and as you said that they are not allowing to visit inside avalon park , we wanted to know how can we opt for tiles and other changes . Looking at the images shared by prestige crm , we wanted to provide our own tiles beforehand but the crm didn't allowed us and told to make changes after the handover only but then we will have to break the tiles installed by L&T and then build with our custom tiles which is extra work. Since u also have a flat in avalon park , have u thought on this issue?

Sir Absolutely right.. Prestige, Godrej type builders do not allow any change internally till hand over so all have options after that only..

what about the proposed forum mall at prestige city? Any updates on that?

Yes Forum mall was their in prestige city project,but as of now When I Visited I have not seen the progress or construction of Forum Mall…may be later on.

Availability of Resale flats will be there for sure…but for that Prestige sales office is only place to give you authentic info regarding this

Yes It’s is for all towers… I confirmed the possession date that is feb25 from Prestige sales office … Still the physical entry not allowed in towers as work is going on…
