Your degree represents a baseline of knowledge. This is the kind of knowledge you learn from working in your professional field. That is how you become a subject matter expert. You need to apply what you learned in college to the work you do or you’re in the wrong field. This guy has 40 years in the industry you can’t compare that to a college education. You’re gonna spend a couple decades at least getting to where he is

Thanks for the information on cleaning chemicals. I used these chemicals to clean my neighbors really well. Before they started off full of rust stains and honestly just really greasy and dirty. All of them smelled, and the inside of their house smelled too but that was too big of a job. I just got them all out in the driveway and went to work. Your tips about surfactant were spot-on. It left them all with a great cherry smell, yum yum.

you are beyond amazing with your videos Justin and I can’t say enough how much they have helped to teach me the process of these things but also they are just so in formative on the reasoning, effects, scientific, etc. kind of thing with what your doing out there. Personally i found your channel about 6-8mouths ago and watched a handful of videos with little more than the idea that this could be something good to start and that was in. Fast forward to now I knew immediately when I went to KZread that your channel was what I wanted to watch to learn and in just 3-4 days of and I’ve been watching every video that I can. Let me tell you Justin, I’m impressed with myself and how I am able to speak with my buddy that I’m doing my first job for told me he was impressed with my ability to make him more inclined to want my service just by talking over the phone as if he was a customer I didn’t know that I was trying to land. On top of all that, I was just “selling him” a quote for trash bin cleanings so for anyone who can tolerate a book of text and read this far just know this is a beautifully put together channel that is phenomenal in educating others be it from home owners saving a buck to the guys like me who want to start a name for themselves so from all the people out there that feel the same way I do thank you Justin and I hope this helped you to see just how impactful you are from the videos you put out now to even the videos a year or two old!

This guy is great, part salesman, part trainer. He sells product, knows what sells a customer on a pressure washing job, and knows how to do the job. I’m here just learning about types of product. I could read sell sheets but I’d rather hear it from a usage standpoint rather than a sales one. If you need to learn how to price and upsell you kinda in the wrong business. Lots of natural salesmen out there, country boys never disappoint And like lobster Mac ain’t bougie Mud mayday would sell big in Hawaii lol nothing but red dirt, red clay/gray clay all over each island. So true when I got into this business I would stay up late nights watching videos and reading and research in different chemicals . I don't know it all because it's always changing and progressing . But I do my best to stay on top of it . So Karen eating her chicken salad haha can't sit there and tell me I'm doing it wrong . I came from auto detailing business so taking the sales and up selling skills I got from there to now . Knowing how to speak to the client sound professional with out over doing it and losing them with to much jargon . Keeping it simple for them but showing them you know what your doing and talking about .

Thanks for the great video guys! As a water treatment plant operator, I must say there IS a such thing as liquid chlorine; it's in the lower half of the ton cylinders for injection into certain water treatment setups. But, what I think Coty is saying is that, for our purposes of washing exterior surfaces, there is no pure form of liquid chlorine that we're gonna have access to and the ability to use. Justin and Coty know their business very well! Great work y'all!

@@GB-hj3xpThat's right. At standard temperature and pressure, chlorine is a yellow-green gas. It is also denser than air, so it tends toward lower areas, killing most anything in its path. May we go back to the labeled dedicated pump sprayers for specialty add ons for a second. I was going to start a pressure washing co but I'd have to wear full ppe suits and respirators. The thing is, we don't see you guys using it.! crazy. these chemicals are wayy too toxic on the body over time, so I chose to go the auto detailing route just using gloves and mask and glasses. I offer pressure cleaning if the driveway or front of home is relatively clean already and pressure washing every few weeks with 1500 psi at 2 gpm can keep concrete and pavers looking good with just diluted apc degreaser. much less dangerous. I charge to keep the surfaces new... not to restore it to new from a disastrous consulting . it's very safe fast and lucrative. offer monthly service charge and keep the cost low while collecting every month guaranteed work. great videos content and business just be safe and and focused and you'll be successful.

Hey man I’ve got a few questions I’ve been working on starting a pressure washing business I’ve done some family members driveways and side walks and I’ve been testing chemicals just using a pump up sprayer it’s summer so the pavement is usually really hot and my mix seems to be boiling and evaporating pretty quickly I was wondering if I should be concerned about this or is there somthing that I can do to help this? I’m also very concerned with damaging any plants so I try to make sure to pre and post soak any grass etc but is there anything more I can do? I try to be mindful of not applying too much chemical but im not really sure how much I need to apply on it, the pump sprayer isn’t always consistent but it feels like I might be putting a little bit too much or I’m using way to less how can I tell? I obviously still want to be careful with plants and stuff but what if the run off of the water when your pressure washing a chemically treated sidewalk or somthing runs directly into grass or plants im not sure if it’s okay as long as I pre and post soak it very well? I’ve also avoided spraying up chemicals onto any parts of the house will that be okay if the direction your spraying with the pressure washer sprays chemical onto siding as long as you wash it after? I am sorry that’s a lot of stuff but I’m hesitant to do any strangers driveway or whatever because I don’t want to cause damage or make a mess since I haven’t pressure washed that much yet but yeah I’d appreciate if you helped awnser some of my questions 🙏😂
