It worked beautifully! Sucker tried to bite us and I grabbed his mandible with both hands and leaned back like i was reeling in a marlin. He was very polite afterwards. About 20 minutes later my back went out lol

There already is a program just like this that most law enforcement have been certifying in for along time we have to take ppct every year. Pressure point control tactics. It works very well also under the nose and breast bone Pressure points along with motor dysfunction strike points.

This presentation should be mandatory instruction and annual review by Every LE and security officer across the U.S.A. and serving overseas. Would save a LOT of aggravation in the aftermath of an arrest. One issue with some of these pressure points is applicable usage against suspects that are considerably larger or are extremely muscular making it more difficult to exert sufficient pressure to gain control over the individual. Look forward to a presentation on this sub-topic.

Kempo alone in a street fight isn't enough, just as boxing isn't enough if you get taken down. If you work LE or high risk security, though, Kempo is a great tool to have.

So when someone throws a slow, short (never ever going to touch the target), low punch (towards your waist), you catch his arm and apply the pressure point (referring to 7:15 of the vid). When does Kip from Napoleon Dynamite come out to help demonstrate Rex Kwon Do?

Good presentation, I use all these pressure points, but I find if I press with a yawara stick I get a way faster compliance through pain. e.g. sitting on someone's back while they spreadeagled, not even one cuff on, just press the yawara into the spine, the point 3 finger widths along the floating rib away from the spine, I put my whole body weight on the yawara. hurts so much they automatically put their hand behind their back, knee to secure....then just threaten to do the other side, or please just give me your arm. Never had anyone refuse, raw pain does teach compliance to even the most drugged up dipshit.

i have to say that sound like you have never done any kind of hands on work . Where do you carry the yawara on your body/ is it in some kind of kydex holster on your belt or chest you can reach ? Normally in "yawara" dreams they havent thought any of that through and it just APPEARS in their hand as they are in the middle of a groundfight , or they dream that they will be digging through pockets to retrieve items during a groundfight , and at the same time using their cuffs. You sure as hell dont have it already in your hand going INTO a fight nobody ever would select that as a weapon to have in their hand to go INTO a fight with , no policeman "cuffing people" draws and attacks with a yawara . Pain compliance to "the most drugged up" thats a real learning moment too. They dont have the concept of pain compliance they can run around with huge cuts to their faces or even a belly full of bullets , still fighting .

And this is exactly why I think that martial artist instructors shouldn't train police! They're training a warrior mentality group with a bunch of abusers in it. And you're proven that point.

All these happens only in the gym. I don't know even a single situation where an outlaw is standing still and cooperates with me WITHOUT THE USE OF FORCE(and yes, im a cop) like you show on the video. Nice but far away from the reality. By the way, just for fun, try to handcuff a person who is resisting WITHOUT HURTING HIM. Guess what....its almost impossible.

I mean, no. What other options do you have against a violent suspect? Guy just got finished beating his child to death with a crowbar in the front yard, and he's willing to die rather than go to prison peaceful. Do you think "please sir, come quietly" would work? There is a reason they have tasers, and guns.
